Ich habe ein fast neues und sehr gut ausgestattetes Auto erhalten. Die Rückgabe war völlig unkompliziert, einfach den Schlüssel abgeben, das wars.
Daher kann ich Autovia uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

The staff was very helpful, we got a clean excellent car, and had no problem during the whole trip.

Completely false claim made after car returned - DO NOT USE or if using pay for excess insurance. We returned car with no incident and they claimed that license plate had been damaged. And then proceeded to charge €400 euros extra to our credit card on a €340 rental!! You could see zero damage on the license plate. Thieves. - Follow on to reply below - I wish I could post the photos here but I cannot. I have sent them all to you already below on that email with no reply and you still proceeded to deduct the funds. The estimated “damages” was calculated by a computer with no proper review by anyone.

I collected the vehicle at Verona Airport. The rental desk and the vehicle pick-up location are located directly next to the airport, approximately a two-minute walk away.

The registration and vehicle collection process was very quick, and I received the keys almost immediately. During the inspection of the vehicle, I noticed some damages that were not listed in the original documentation. I informed the employee at the rental desk and showed them photographs of the damages I had found. The employee reviewed the photographs and confirmed that, taking the documented damages into account, I could proceed with my journey.

The vehicle was clean both inside and outside. At the time of collection, the mileage was slightly over 12,000 km.

The vehicle return process was also very quick and took approximately five minutes. I parked the vehicle in the designated parking area and showed the employee photographs of the parked vehicle from all sides, confirming its condition at the time of return. As there were no new damages, the employee accepted the vehicle and took the keys from me.

I then proceeded to the airport to catch my flight.

The security deposit that had been blocked on my account was released the following day after I returned the

Mein Flug hatte sich verspätet und ich kam erst 10 Minuten nach 23:00 Uhr am Schalter an. Entgegen meiner Erwartung war der Schalter noch besetzt (man hat auf mich gewartet) und der sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter hat meine Anmietung unkompliziert abgewickelt. Die Rückgabe war sehr schnell und simple. Meine Kaution war 10 Minuten später freigegeben worden. Das Fahrzeug entsprach meinen Erwartungen und die ganze Erfahrung hat mich damit überaus
zufrieden gestellt.

Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, professionale e super disponibile fin dal primo momento. L'auto noleggiata era di ottima categoria, moderna e soprattutto pulita in modo impeccabile, profumava quasi di nuovo. L'unico piccolo suggerimento che mi sento di dare riguarda l'orario di apertura: se gli uffici aprissero un po' prima delle 8:00 sarebbe perfetto per chi ha voli o impegni la mattina presto. In ogni caso, servizio consigliatissimo!

Everything went well with the rental. Car was lovely and service was good. Gentleman on counter was helpful although both times went there he was alone, so we had to wait a bit.

The staff was very kind and helpful as we were traveling with wheelchairs, the assistance was appreciated a lot! I just wanted to mention it and hope you forward this to the staff at Verona Airport! Many thanks guys!!!

Nice staff. Car was good, but not super clean. No problems happened on the return, all as agreed. Price was competitive.
