Allora premetto che era la prima volta che siamo venuti a Torino in aereo, cmq ho noleggiato con la mia compagnia aerea su questa piattaforma online, inizialmente il servizio è stato impeccabile ma al momento dell'arrivo all'aeroporto di caselle la signorina a dir poco scontrosa x nn usare altri termini ci ha detto che il servizio acquistato con carta postpay al momento dell'ritiro nn era più valida perché accettano solo bancomat va bene mio marito esce la carta di credito la signora nn accetta la carta XChé secondo lei i numeri nn erano sopraelevato, assurdo. Consiglio la compagnia srs ottimi ragazza servizio eccellente.

Ho messo 4 stelle perché la prossima volta verifichiateeee il liquido tergivetri. Era esaurito, è bastato un po’ di nevischio per ridurre enormemente la visibilità.

Ho noleggiato un’auto e sono molto soddisfatto del servizio. Il personale è stato gentile e professionale, l’auto pulita e in ottime condizioni. Il ritiro e la consegna sono stati rapidi e senza problemi. Grazie per l’ottima esperienza.

Absolute crooks. They advertise the most competitive prices but when you go to collect your car they use every excuse under the sun to jack up prices. First ‘problem’ was end of November 24 when we had booked a cheap car through Booking.com using a debit card. Booking taken and deposit paid…….using a UK a debit card. At the hire desk they advised a deposit could only be taken on a credit card which had to be the same credit card as used when the car was booked. After much discussion and having proved the card that was used was a debit card the not solution they would offer was to cancel the booking and offer the self same car for same number of days but at €250 more than had been already paid. Then to boot they would not refund what had been paid saying it was Booking.com that we needed to attempt to reclaim from.
Second time (just this weekend gone) again cheap car booked by another one of or group, this time on a credit card so no issues. Nope, the driver had a yearly holiday car cover that they flatly refused t accept so again the nlt way they were letting that car go was if we paid an additional €160 for their rip off insurance.
I know. Should be ‘once bitten twice shy’ so complete mugs for letting ourselves get hit twice on the trot but please do not open yourself to such villains.

Autovia, your response is not satisfactory. How can this be a communication problem? I turned up at the desk, I had a copy of the contract, all the necessary documentation, my payment method. I was fully in compliance with the contract. Autovia wanted more and were not prepared to honour the contract. I specifically asked the Autovia representative to phone her Manager which she did. No effort was made to resolve the situation by them. The Autovia representative showed me the screen and all the additional charges which should have been included in the quoted price, plus the new price I had to pay - which was double the price agreed. The Autovia representative had no choice but to follow what was infront of her on the computer, and what her Manager had instructed. Which was either I paid far more than agreed, or no car. Autovias issue is in accepting a contract and not honouring it, and this is a Senior Management and fundamental cultural concern for anyone doing any business with this company. I still expect a real apology for being left stranded.

I booked this car hire via Skyscanner. They gave me a good price for car hire in Turin. However, on arrival at the Autovia desk they wanted almost double the price, and even though I had the agreement and voucher stating the cost they wouldn’t honour the agreement. I would never use this company, and I will tell everyone I know to avoid.

The team at Autovia in Turin airport were exceptional - very efficient, effective and caring. I would highly recommend them.
