I don't even know where to start, but I've been patient but turn turnaround time is awful. If you are a distributor of a product have some way to contact them without 2/3 day delay. It's ridiculous

Ordering was relatively easy. I received the FedEx shipping confirmation the day it arrived, so the actual delivery was quicker than the update. However I received a defective product that I would have returned had I not needed it for this timely repair. Customer service was rather indifferent and offered an insulting 10% off of my next purchase citing “tight margins”.

Miscommunicated thought they canceled the whole order apparently only did a partial cancellation so I ended up buying the parts elsewhere received the items and now they’re charging me a 25% restocking fee.
