Lives on a thread(or 2)
We drove from Plymouth to Basingstoke to visit our son and family. We had our grandchildren in the back of the car. 30 miles from Basingstoke weird juddering started to happen from the front of the car. Managed to "limp" Basingstoke. Had to call a mobile mechanic as we had to drive back to Devon in 2 days. Literally Picked Auto Repairs Basingstoke out of the hat as we didn't know the area. Absolutely amazing experience, had a call from Simon I believe came out Friday afternoon ( we had to go out to an event so left key fob in an appropriate place) found the issue almost immediately and Literally saved our lives! Was found that the passenger side front wheel had lost 2 wheel bolts and the other 2 were literally hanging on by a thread which meant the front wheel would have come off. The last garage my wife took her car to to have 2 front tyres replaced had forgotten to tighten the passenger wheels bolts! Auto Repairs were quick, courteous and amazing value. Job well done fellas, would 100% use them again

Called out Auto Repairs Basingstoke for a diagnostic for a flashing engine light. Absolutely amazing service couldn’t do more for me got to the root of the problem and I have re booked with auto repair to get the problem fixed, highly recommend one very happy customer

Very reliable and trustworthy …
Simon is very reliable and always does a great job. We have used him for services, MOT advisories, brakes, alternator and a start stop battery.
The fact that he comes to you makes life so much easier, and means the prices are less than a garage.
Would definitely recommend

Very reliable and highly recommended
Simon completed a service on my car and did this quickly and thoroughly. He gave truthful advice on what needed changing/ fixing on the car and gave quotes for this on the same day ! Very reliable and highly recommended :)

Simon is funny and very friendly chatty young man he came out after breaking down and then told me what was wrong and then fixed the next day after getting the part would definitely use him again thank you
