Great experience from start to finish. Daisy was very informative and kept me in the loop every step of the way. We had a couple of mishaps along the way, my original engine was damaged while being prepared to ship. She worked to find a different engine quickly and worked with me on the difference in the price. Just all around it has been great to do business with these guys! I will definitely be back if I need another engine in the future and will definitely recommend these guys to anyone in the market for an engine or transmission. Really good experience. At first I was a bit skeptical to order an engine for my Acura MDX from an online seller. However after doing some research, I saw that AutoPowerSource had great reviews which was the main reason I decided to purchase my engine from them. The fact that they provided basic 6 month warranty as opposed to 90 days ( standard with other sellers ) was another reason for my decision. I can confidently say I made the right decision. I needed an engine for my 2008 Lexus and reached out to quite a few distributors. Everyone I reached out to found an engine but they had to many miles and very costly.I called AutoPowerSource and got immediate responses. Catherine the service representative I spoke with was very informative and knowledgeable about what I needed and gave me a few options. Low miles and very affordable. Customer service has been a very good experience for me. Daisy in the shipping department is amazing, she kept me up to date with the whole process and when item arrived at my mechanics shop and he found out there was a problem with the converter, I contacted Daisy and sent her some pictures of what the mechanic found that happened during shipping, she got straight on it with a solution. She was able to get a warranty refund of half the cost of a new torque converter. She followed up with me all the way to make sure it was refunded back to my card. I'm just saying that from the sale to the shipping, customer service has been excellent for me. I want to thank Daisy wor the exceptional customer service she has provided to me. A company like Auto Power Source is the place to go when you need good parts and great customer service. Thank you all
