BEWARE, AVOID AUTOPLICITY.COM!!!

I was in a time crunch when I ordered a pair of trailer brake-hubs for my travel trailer, I should have researched the vendor, lots of bad press out there on this company. Hard $124 lessen learned. When I received them one has a quarter size chip broken out of the rim of the drum(from colliding with the other brake-hub), a crushed outer bearing, and a bent up grease seal. These two brake-hubs (approximately 20lbs each) were stacked directly on top of each other with no rigid separator and minimal shredded cardboard added around the edges. Very poor packaging/boxing. The other brake-hub appears marked up but ok. I am suspicious of unseen stress/damage, probably unsafe. I found another supplier for brake-hubs so I could make my trip departure date. All attempts to contact Autoplicity customer service through email, phone, and website chat/text, have failed.

I am amazed that Sean McWherter, the CEO and co-founder of this company, allows his company to be run this way. MAKES NO SENSE. I cannot imagine this company being around much longer when you treat customers this way.

Ridiculous. If you love sitting on hold or talking to chat bots and waiting for a live person for 15 - 20 - 30 minutes, you will love this place. The price they finally quoted was ridiculous. Can get them locally for less.

I placed an order with Autoplicity for 4 items, but when the package arrived, only 1 item was inside. There was no packing slip included. The shipping label directly on the box explicitly stated a package quantity of 1, proving that Autoplicity only packed a single item and never handed the remaining 3 items to the carrier.

When I reached out to customer service regarding the missing parts, they ignored my initial inquiry. After filing a dispute with my credit card company, Autoplicity sent a generic, automated template blaming the shipping carrier for "lost or stolen" packages and refusing to help unless I had purchased their add-on "shipping insurance."

Carriers can't deliver items the merchant never gave them. Refusing to take responsibility for clear warehouse packing shortages and hiding behind boilerplate lost-package excuses is completely unacceptable. Avoid this vendor—if your order has a shortage, you will likely have to file a credit card chargeback to get your money back.

Don't order from them can't get a part returned. Have emailed them multiple times and have gotten no response.

Purchased a dometic penguin ii ac for 1600.00. Unit arrived as new and appeared to be new old stock as this model has been discontinued. Had unit installed and it lasted 15 mins. Contacted customer service who instructed I have to go through dometic warranty and refused to accept defective unit back or replace. Customer service will not return mt calls or answer emails.

Received parts but items were missing. Called several times with no answer even during “Supposed business hours”. Also emailed 3 times with no response. Will not do business again with them. Will not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed!

I was sent disc brake pads instead of the Bosch PS856BM 12V Max Brushless 1/4 in. Hex Impact Driver Bare Tool that I ordered.

I have sent my request, but I'll likely have to dispute this with the CC based on the feedback on Trustpilot and other sites.

I ordered 3 marine fuel waterseperators from them and received 6 engine valves that fit god knows what? I recieved them on a Thursday afternoon and tried to contact them. After 3hrs on hold the automated message said they were closed. I tried again Friday morning and stayed on hold for another 2hrs. I immediately contacted my bank to dispute the transaction. I sent the several emails and finally recieved a RMA authorization and return label. I emailed the last Tuesday and told them I wasn't interested in a refund, just please send my the correct parts that I ordered. That's where I stand thus far. I would recommend dealing with them on anything no matter how good their prices look.

These people are crooks. They sent one third of the product I ordered which was clearly labeled as a 3 pack on the product description. Did not respond to several emails requesting a resolution, but seemed helpful when I initiated an online chat and requested a return. After submitting a return request within the 30 day window, they seem to have disabled the chat function, and now the order status page shows that the product is ineligible for a return. Do not believe the prices; too good to be true.

Returned an unopened item, received less a 60% refund, due to 200+ dollars in restocking and other minimal bs fees. No response via emails. Stay clear and don't let their lower price fool you like it did me.

We received 2 of a high priced RV refrigerator by accident and refused delivery of the second one. The "restocking fee" was almost $600 on a $1200 item. Might want to rethink dealing with this company.

I paid $161.64 for a thermostat assembly. The restocking fee is approximately 30%. I paid $27 in shipping. My refund is as follows: We're writing to let you know we processed your refund of $88.95 for your Order 112-4470975-8399460 from Autoplicity ✅.

THIS COMPANY IS 🗑. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM.

Horrible company. Never shipped the items I purchased. Won't reply to emails, no customer service at all. Requested a refund with no reply to that. Had to dispute charges through my credit card. Save your time and shop elsewhere.

If I could rate lower, I would. TOTAL Bait and switch!
ordered two helmets. One was mis-priced (lower). Paid for expedited shipping, took twice as long as "estimated" by Autoplicity, 2nd helmet package was WAY late (about 2 weeks), and I received a package of radial tire patches (not a helmet). Took me forever to get an RMA (could not reach anyone by phone at all). Then, sorry, we just do a refund of the item sent . BEWARE OF THESE FOLKS!!

I wish I read the reviews before ordering a tire from Autoplicity. I ordered a tire on July 1st and they charged me $9.99 for "2 Day Shipping - Arrives in 2 business days". The tire arrived on July 8th, the same date that was quoted for the free delivery.
To make matters worse, no reply to emails and complaint submission directly on their website requesting a refund for the expedited shipping.
I would use any other automotive parts seller and stay away from Autoplicity.

These clowns put an ad for a window air conditioner on Google and sent something entirely different, I refused the shipment and have only gotten half my money back. I have also only been contacted once and nothing since, even though I have sent numerous emails asking why. Beware of this business. Terrible people.

These people need to be shut down. POOR COMMUNICATION WAS THE LEASET OF MY PROBLEMS, delay in returns INTENTIONALLY, , acting like they could not get my return address correct after sending me the item, MISREPRESENTATION, boarderline fraud, I have emailS and messaging to prove it. i have been filling out forms to process a complaint to the federal trade comission. i dealt with these jokers through Amazon so watch out with third party sellers, it took over a month to recieve REFUND WITH A FIGHT IT'S to bad people like this exist in the world let alone are allowed to own and work for a business like this. very sad, dont know how they sleep at night.

I ordered two backhoe tires twice and both times the tracking stated the tires were shipped. Two days later the order showed canceled. I did not cancel either order. The company, autoplicity, is the only one that could cancel the order if I didn't do it. Remember this was done two separate times. Never again.
