In 2026 there are a lot of ways to sell a car. Each one offers up promises that you'll get the best price, the smoothest transaction, and then you hear people's feedback and realise it's not as clear cut as it sounds.
If you have an exceptional performance car, or a collector/carefully modified car that is in exceptional condition these sites rarely give any credence to your specific user case, and often seriously under value your asset.
This is where Automotive Addiction come to your rescue. They inherently understand cars, and strive for excellence in what they sell. Once I engaged Louis and I'd sent some pictures over the rest of the process was a breeze. Price agreed, car collected quickly, deposit paid promptly. They set up a chat to keep you informed of progress throughout the sales process, and payment is received promptly at point of collection.
Having Automotive Addiction involved saved me hours of hassle with tyre kickers, fantasists and the risk of potentially worse. I'd always read reviews they were good, but having been through their purchase & collection process I can confirm the reviews were right. Very personable, friendly and passionate people who are firmly focussed on being the best at what they do. They purchased, collected & paid for my car inside 5 days, and it could have been way less if I hadn't been hesitating over the next purchase. I contacted Louis about a year ago as I was looking for a RS3 8V.
Within 24hrs Dhyllan had set up a WhatsApp chat between himself, me and,Louis.
Through this they guided me through things like specific spec, modified or not modified, and everything that unless you know these cars you wouldn’t know. Their knowledge is ridiculous.
I collected my car about 6weeks after my first contact.
Now I have had various RS and S models from Audi main dealer. Some Brand new and some Ex demos.
None of them have been presented to me in the way that Dhyllan and his team did with this Car. You wouldn’t have believed it was 7 years old. Immaculate!!
They only stock and source the best.
Full service history and beyond. Honestly can’t say enough about these guys. If yr after something special. Then check them out.

My circumstances then changed and I need to sell the RS3 .
I contacted Dhyllan and asked if he’d be interested in buying the car back off me.
He didn’t mess about. Came back to me within 24hrs with a very strong price.
I agreed and agreed a date to drop it back to them. All very seemless and there was never any pressure or haggling when was buying and selling back.

Automotive Addiction is the standard that every car dealership should aspire to. A fantastic experience from start to finish—friendly, honest, helpful and fair throughout. It's not often you come across a company with nothing but five-star reviews, but having dealt with Automotive Addiction, I completely understand why. The best experience I have had buying a car to date. I stumbled across Automotive Addiction by chance and glad I did. Dhyllan and Louis are car enthusiasts and it shows in their approach to their customers. The preparation of their stock on site is incredible and the M5 Competition I have bought is absolutely immaculate and prepared to the highest standard. They gave me a very fair and honest evaluation and value for my C8 RS6 which I traded in.

I don’t usually leave reviews but having just sold our 8.5y RS3 to Automotive Addiction I felt I had to leave an honest review.
We have owned numerous cars over the years, mainly RS models. I’ve had very varying experiences when buying/reselling them- Often times spoken down to or attempts to undersell.
Automotive Addiction were a delight to deal with, no haggling on the agreed price, a friendly collection, none condescending communication from beginning to end, all in all a completely hassle free transaction.
If you are considering selling your vehicle and would like a price that truly reflects the value of your vehicle- not a company who just uses WBAC as a guide price who then offer you less all whilst not factoring in the individual attributes of the vehicle, I would recommend these guys all day long! I recently bought an Audi RS3 8Y in Kemora Grey from Automotive Addiction and I genuinely could not be happier with both the car and the experience. I recently purchased an Audi RS3 from Automotive Addiction and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.

The first thing that stood out was the preparation and presentation of the car. The attention to detail was exceptional — the vehicle was absolutely immaculate on collection day and clearly prepared to a very high standard. It genuinely felt like a special handover experience rather than simply collecting a used car. Every detail had been taken care of and it reflected real pride in what they do.

Communication throughout the process was also excellent. Responses were prompt, transparent and professional, and at no point did I feel pressured. The whole experience felt straightforward, honest and customer-focused, which is increasingly rare when buying performance cars.

What also gave me real confidence was the provenance and quality of the vehicle itself. The car was exactly as described, with a clear sense that Automotive Addiction are selective about the stock they offer. As a longstanding Audi driver was looking for a replacement, I was very particular in the spec and colour combination I wanted.

Been on the net for over a month looking for a Audi S6 Avant facelift model, I saw a car that had just been advertised on Autotrader by Automotive Addiction then went onto their website which was good and informative.

I called and spoke to Dhyllan about this car and it was between this car and a similar car with Adi main dealer, we spoke at length about the car and spec and we ended up closing a deal.
As I sold my current car I said to Dhyllan that I can over tomorrow to collect the car and Dhyllan unfortunately we don’t work like majority of garages as we are Bespoke Dealers as his back ground is car detailing he would 3 to 4 days to prepare the car and paint correction.

Ok I though its going to get a good clean I was wrong throughout the process I was updated with picture the car was truly detailed the car on the ramp wheels off the full business now I understand why they are bespoke.

I was asked if wanted a professional ceramic coating no pushy sales at all I opted for this and it was a good decision.

I am about 120 miles away and they car delivered. I must say Dyllan and his team at Automotive Addiction are great and very professional

I had the pleasure of buying my lovely M3 Touring from Louis, Dhyllan, and the team at Automotive Addiction on Friday. This is actually the first time in my life I’ve decided to leave a review for a car dealer — because buying a car usually isn’t anything special… but this experience truly was.

From the very first contact after my enquiry through to collection day, I received daily updates on everything they were doing, including photos and videos. They advised me on the best options and provided a full range of services, which led me to go for PPF, ceramic coating, and a few other extras.

I’ve seen a lot of PPF work across London, and I honestly believe many places either don’t do it properly or not to this standard. These guys spend countless hours making sure every single millimetre is perfect — the attention to detail is incredible, and I’m quite a picky person!

What really sets them apart from other dealers is simple: most say they’ll do everything to make you happy — but Automotive Addiction actually goes above and beyond. A perfect example: they weren’t happy that the tyres had 4mm tread left, so they decided to fit a brand new set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres at their own cost — just to make sure the car was perfect. That’s around £1,000 spent purely on customer satisfaction. Find me another dealer who would do that!

This is truly exceptional service.

Last but not least, a huge thank you to Louis, Dhyllan, and the entire Automotive Addiction team for putting so much effort into making my collection day so special. I was genuinely speechless when I saw the car — and usually I’m the one leaving others speechless 🙂
