I ordered a part gave them a shipping address and there shipping it to my home address. Part not shipped, no tracking number and they said they can't help me. Very poor customer service!
I ordered coil and spot plug package. They sent me 6 coils, 5 Spock plugs. They told me that I have to send the whole thing back and reord. They would not work with me at all. And send me one spot plug, if you were going to buy something from them. Don't you regret it?

Autogeek.net (and Autogeek.com) have been reliable go-to suppliers of quality detailing products, tools, and knowledge (how-to) including community (online forum).
I have experienced fair and balanced pricing on their products for over a decade and recommend non-wholesale customers to look for their frequent sales campaigns to maximize potential cost savings.
It's because of Autogeek's excellent customer service that caused my inspiration to generate a 5-star rating for the company. I recently had a string of 3 separate, isolated customer service experiences within the last few months resulting from packaging/shipping/delivery related matters were each handled with the best customer support I've experienced from any online e-business to date.
Autogeek demonstrated incident empathy vs only wanting to make the issue go away, a genuine feedback loop towards improving (mitigating future recurrence), and engaged the end customer (over the phone) to directly address my concerns. The whole Autogeek customer service team throughout the years have been helpful in different ways (resolving discount code issues, product availability, tracking information, etc.) . Special recognition goes to Eugenie who went above and beyond to make a difference within her organization to improve quality control / logistics related issues that may have been impacting more than just myself. I believe Eugenie's actions may directly affect increasing customer retention.
