Relatively easy to pick out a car and see the price but couldn't tell if the price I saw included the discount that was being emailed to me. Would also be nice if a couple other optional specific cars were mentioned, not just "similar". Check out was simple, site easy to navigate.

There is a bug in your reservation…
There is a bug in your reservation system. If you choose FLORENCE ALL LOCATIONS, the listing of available cars appears, but without the SELECT options, and it is impossible to proceed with the booking. I called the 800 number, and the agent could not deplicate the occurance, but it happens EVERYTIME FOR ME, the potential renter.
