Excellent all around! I’ve used this company twice. They are extremely organized and quick to work and get results. Chase and Bri are exceptional.

If you’ve been hit and you know you need help with the DV claim on your vehicle. These guys made the process painless and I do mean painless!!! Do you have a few yes but it is fair nothing in this world is free and they got me more then I expected. If you have been hit and you need help get ahold of these guys!!!!

My 2009 Ram 2500 was deemed a total loss from hail damage by USAA. They offered an extremely low amount and were very difficult to deal with. Chase reviewed my information and quickly got back to me. He let me know I was not being offered a fair settlement, to say the least.

My son's 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 truck was deemed a total loss by state farm insurance. The owner of the repair shop referred us to auto claim specialists due to the fact that the truck was indeed fixable. Chad and the entire team at auto claim specialists helped me throughout the process and kept me up to date on what was happening. State farm's appraisal came in at $30,805.00 which was way too low. After the adjuster from auto claim specialists got with state farm, the agreed appraisal was $38,572.00. That's a 25.2% increase!! I am now getting the truck repaired for my son!!! I couldn't have done it without the team at auto claim specialists!!! Y'all rock!!!

My Lexus NX-300 was totaled, and to top it off the insurance company appraised the SUV very low. Before getting the insurance company's appraisal, I looked at different Certified NX300 in various Lexus Dealerships, so I had a good idea of the current price range. This is the second time I have used the Auto Claim Specialists Team with a vehicle claim. I am delighted to report that both times they acted quickly, professionally, and successfully on my behalf. I highly recommend their services in with these difficult situations.

Robert and his team did a fantastic job in fighting the insurance company on my claim. The carrier refused to honor their existing policy in not only declining to value my vehicle fairly but to not repair the car as I desired. Their process was poignant and strategic that ultimately led to receiving a higher settlement than what was expected and, more importantly, documented exceptionally well for a handoff to outside legal counsel. Fortunately this settled before then, but had it not been for Robert and his teams detailed diligence, the outcome may have been different. I will be referring out his firm to friends and family in the future should their claim with their carrier becomes difficult. This was money well spent.

I had an issue with getting my son's Subaru being evaluated correctly by my insurance company after it was deemed a total loss, they refused to consider the current comparable vehicles available on the market today.
