Great experience! The website is clear and easy to use. My car was shipped within 2 days after I won it. The final bid was $768, but I ended up paying $2,253 including shipping. In November of 2024 I purchased a 2012 Mercedes Sprinter Cargo van. I flew out to Atlanta GA to begin the process of inspection and ownership. My reason to purchase this hinged on the overall condition and seemingly low miles. As it turns out while the seller listed actual mileage at 139677 after over a year of this vehicle being unavailable to operate I discovered that my Diagnostic Scanner lists the actual mileage today at 224177 miles which is a substantial difference. Although the odometer reads 144256 miles it's quite apparent that seeing the actual miles listed via the icarsoft mb 3.0 Diagnostic Scanner Reader 224177 miles had I known this actual information would have ended my interest in purchasing this. And I hold responsible Autobidmaster for its negligence in actually reporting of this as actual mileage. When all they had to do to find the true mileage is scan the detailed information with a diagnostic scanner. This vehicle has been inoperable since I purchased this from autobidmaster in 2024 and have had several technicians attempt to repair this only to fail to find the problem to repair this vehicle. Leaving me with a waisted 8000.00 purchase

They are totally peddling garbage. I could say I’m selling a yacht but when THEY deliver it is a Chester Van they will take NO responsibility. They simply say they are a broker and it is your responsibility to verify that what THEY say they are selling is actually what they are selling. Then when you ask them about being ripped off they simply give you the opportunity to ripoff someone else. For a fee. How is Auto Bid Master or Copart allowed to do business?

Na drugi dzien odbieram telefon od Pana P. z Warszawy z wylewnymi rzucanymi pytaniami typu - ,,widze ze wygral Pan samochod, dlaczego nie kupil Pan przez nasz portal?... " itp. itd. Wiec twierdze ze mam prawo kupowac jak mi sie chce. No wiec dalej najlepsze - prosze mi wyslac fakture zakupu. Fakure zakupu natychmiast po zleceniu transportu. Pan P. wie jak to jest z fakturami, wiec w zlosci zada od razu dokument. Dokument ktory jest potrzebny jedynie do agencji celnej. Ale wiadomo. Takze kazdy czlowiek ma prawo postepowac i kupowac zgodnie z wlasnym uznaniem i nie musi to byc przez Autobidmaster. Faktur nie fałszuje. Spi Pan spokojnie... Pierwszy i ostatni raz wspolpracowałem z Autbidmaster.Ceny na stronie inne w szacunkach inne po zleceniu.

I purchased a vehicle through Autobit Master relying on the information displayed in their online listing and auction. The listing only showed minor cosmetic issues and never mentioned any serious mechanical problems. Based on that description, I proceeded with the purchase, paying several thousand dollars.
When the vehicle arrived, it wouldn’t start at all. The engine was completely damaged (“engine seized”), something that was never disclosed. Because of this omission, I ended up losing a significant amount of money, as I had to sell the car for a fraction of what I originally paid.
What concerns me even more is their attempt to blame the buyer by saying they “recommend inspecting the vehicle in person.” That argument is illogical. If they offer online auctions, then the platform is required to be transparent, truthful, and compliant with basic consumer protection standards. The duty to disclose essential mechanical issues lies with the seller — not the customer.
From a legal standpoint, failing to disclose major mechanical defects may constitute misleading advertising, misrepresentation, and a violation of consumer protection laws. A company cannot shift its lack of transparency onto the buyer or justify it by claiming the customer should have been physically present. The law requires accurate, complete, and honest descriptions.
My experience was extremely negative: the information they published did not match the actual condition of the vehicle, resulting in a substantial financial loss. I cannot recommend this platform, as their lack of transparency can seriously harm buyers.

I call to follow up the title of a car I bought on an auction so I call and talk to Mrs Luba who helped me to find out what the status of the paperwork was, but she was so kind to call me back with all the information and even the track number so I can know for fact what to expect.
