I am a stablished Author, living in England.
Author Reputation gave me skype interviews, trailers, but it wasn't cheap.
I never really got the royalties yet.
And American companies in publishing industry,
have really poor reputation in England. Though the London publishers are quite Crappy too.

this group stole my money and three books. They have been selling "Moonelf" at Barnes and Noble and else where on line for two years now refusing to pay royalties. They do not reply to phone or email. They were selling a distorted version of my book while leading me on pretending they were still working on book. They lie, steal and do not cooperate. June 2021 is when I sent money and three books to them.
