Why is this company's contact number…

Why is this company's contact number listed on their website is not in service ?

This number has been on their website for over 4 months and...."I'm sorry", this number is currently not in service" is the recording that has been played for months. And instead of their website.... it throws you to a zen desk in 3 seconds
......asking how can we help.....instead of staying on their website..... ?????
Something smells here. And scam artists can self post on trustpilot and they don't care.

To clarify, the phone number referenced was temporarily out of service due to a system upgrade with our telecom provider. During that time, we intentionally directed visitors to our Zendesk support portal so inquiries could still be handled promptly, documented properly, and resolved efficiently. This ensured no messages or requests were missed.

We take transparency and client communication very seriously and continuously work to improve our contact channels. At this time, we are unable to locate any record of engagement or services associated with your name or this review, but we are always open to addressing genuine concerns.

I can't be grateful enough to Author Pen Works for the exemplary services. Everything was handled professionally and they gave me advice on marketing techniques as well. The team was available at my beckon call whenever I needed them. Their team helped me complete the loopholes in my story. I am satisfied with how my book has been turned out.

I'm extremely pleased with the services…

I'm extremely pleased with the services I received from Author Pen Works. They helped me with everything, from the proofreading and editing of my manuscript to marketing strategy that enhanced my visibility. The gap in my manuscript were filled by the ghostwriting team. Once I receive the final version of my edited book, it read smoothly from the first chapter to the last one. I wouldn't have managed if I didn't have them.
