In general we have had a fantastic trip and would recommend you and Authentik highly to any going to Vietnam. Even if we never met personally you have been very helpful and “close” to us during the whole time, so thank you very much. It make us feel secure and taken care of. Would like to highlight Tang, an excellent person to have on your team. He definitely goes the extra mile for the client.

Authentik helped us to customise our trip according to our requirements. Even though some parts of the trip did not go according to plan due the typhoon Yagi, we had an amazing trip as Lien was able to come up with good alternative destinations. The tour guides were amazing, extremely helpful, responsive and took very good care of us from start to finish. We highly recommend this travel agent.

If you're thinking of visiting Vietnam and need an agent then look no further than Authentik Travel in Hanoi. We used them for our 28 day trip and can highly recommend them. Lien coordinated everything perfectly from homestays, hotels, guides, drivers and transport. We couldn't fault anything. She came to the hotel to meet us with gifts when we arrived and contacted us at each place we stayed to make sure everything was to our liking. We learnt a lot about the history and culture of each area which included the various ethnic groups. The variety of things Lien arranged for us to see and do from walking, cycling boat trips, scooter rides, train journeys, joining a local family for a meal, making pottery, carving wood, making paper flowers, cooking lessons, it was endless and each gave us a magical experience of Vietnam. Lien even arranged birthday cakes! All the guides and drivers were very knowledgeable, Mr. Tung in Hanoi and the northern villages, Tony in Hanoi, Thaht in HCM, and Lily in Hue, - they all looked after us exceptionally well. The 2 night Dragon Legend Cruise in Bai Tu Long was wonderful. Ending our trip with 5 nights on Whale Island to relax and reflect on the experiences we'd had during the previous 3 weeks all thanks to Lien and Authentic Travel who made our trip so memorable.

We just spent the best 3 weeks in Vietnam. Authentic travel organized an amazing itinerary. Lien coordinated everything so perfectly from the booking to the last day of our trip. Lien welcomed us in Hanoi in person with gifts. She thought about every details (birthday celebrations and anniversary). She checked on how it was going every time we were in a different region. Every private guides and drivers were very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and made sure we had the best time. The hotels were very nice. We discovered three regions and loved each of them. We really learned a lot about the culture. We finished our busy trip with 4 nights on Phu Quoc island which was perfect place to relax. The highlight was the 2 nights cruise in Halong Bay on the Legend dragon. We loved every part of the trip. Really everything was wonderful and we got a great travel experience We would highly recommend the agency. Thank you Lien for your planning.

We gingen met ons gezin met 2 kinderen (7 & 9) van noord naar zuid Vietnam in 18 dagen. Op voorhand konden we de trip helemaal samenstellen volgens onze noden. Het was wel wat spannend om dat met een lokaal bureau te regelen maar onze verwachtingen zijn ingelost en zijn zelfs overtroffen.
Achteraf kijken we terug op een prachtige reis die erg autenthiek aanvoelde. Het was een vol programma waar we ten volle van konden genieten zonder ons zorgen te maken over praktische zaken. We hadden gedurende de hele reis een privebusje met chauffeur en gids ter beschikking waardoor we echt 'off the beaten track' konden gaan.

Zowel het contact op voorhand als onze gidsen was perfect!

Als ik terug naar Vietnam ga twijfel ik niet om terug te boeken via Autentik travel.

Authentik Travel were absolutely amazing and listened to our brief very well. They were very quick to respond and suggest options for us. The itinerary they came up with was exactly as we wanted, including many off the beaten track activities, which we would otherwise have not done.

We had a fairly tight schedule and wanted to see Hanoi, Da Nang and Hoi An, and Ho Chi Minh, as well as end with some beach relaxation. This was all achieved, the drivers and tour guides were wonderful, with fabulous English, and modern, clean and safe vehicles and drivers. Communication with them was fast and fantastic, even when having to change our plans last minute.

Highly recommended and we will be recommending to our friends and family.

As the name indicates, Authentik travels services, which were provided also authentik in all the terms. I highly appreciate the welcome customs on our arrival on the very first day in their office. Mr.Hoang and Ms. Anh le , they has made a wonderful itinerary covering different parts of the Vietnam and its scenic beauty. We stayed in different parts of the country like Hanoi, Halong bay, Hoian, Hue, Can tho, and HCMC for 13 Days. The punctuality of all the drivers and guides is quite worth mentioning. The vehicles during our journey were spacious and comfortable too, I would just love to tour the country again with the same staff.

We had a great holiday in the northern Vietnam. Hoang suggested great itinerary. we met local people and enjoyed the gorgeous landscapes in Caobag and Hagiang.

We will travel with them again in the next holiday to the center of Vietnam for beach break or discover Myanmar as they recommended us.
