I got a jacket in the curve section. I found the size guide very thorough and the clothing to fit perfectly! The quality of the jacket is both comfortable and durable too!

No one is answering me back with a refund of any sort nor a return address

I love my dress!!!

Ich habe schon mehrmals dort bestellt .. ich liebe diesen Gothic Look, auch ideal für Halloween..die Sachen kamen auch immer pünktlich.. gute Qualität

Fast delivery and good quality clothes and bags Definitely will be buying more stuff definitely recommend this company.

The packages arrived very late and I am still missing a product.

The sizing needs to be adapted to US measurements.

I hate shipping taking a long time, and the to I got has cross cross strings on it and the massive sing is just tired on to the top. I ordered 3 garments so far received 2.

I did not receive both parts to my order. Only received sleeves not the dragon tank top.

When I ordered my boots, I ordered them in the wrong size when they came in. I tried them on and sent authentic got a message saying that I had ordered the wrong size shoes, and that I would like to return them and get the right size they were super understanding. All they had asked for was three pictures one of the shoe one of the me trying on the shoe and one of the actual shoe size (on the bottom of the shoe) and the packaging label. This was just to make sure that the label and the number on the bottom of the shoe were the same one. But as soon as I sent back the shoes, they immediately sent me another pair right size this time. I am so thankful for how easy it was to get the correct shoe size after I had ordered it wrong. So thank you Authenticgoth <3

Unfortunately, my chest is too large for your clothing. The materials used were also low quality regardless.

I ordered a pair of boots and a skeleton sweater from their plus size catalog. For starters, the sweater is so comfortable and so stretchy! Plus the color of the sweater in person compared to how it is on the website are identical. I loved it. The boots were true size, so I didn’t have to worry about them fitting too small or too big. Shipping took about the same time as advertised on the site, but it was worth it. I definitely recommend, and the plus size catalog is ALL THAT❤️❤️❤️

The quality is good, also the communication

The top I ordered is a perfect size and it is a very soft fabric. Exactly what I had in mind The website was very accessible and well-arranged. So I quickly found what I wanted. I have been careful and only ordered 1 piece, but will definitely order more! But the only thing is that I had to wait more than a week. I think it is because I live in Belgium. The second thing is that I found a top on another site and the price was much lower… Finally, the service I received was super good. I could always contact the instagram page with questions.

Really like this alt/goth clothing store. Very happy with the quality of the products.
