Check the Stone Size
Ordered a $500 stone as a special gift for my Mums 80th Birthday. On the picture of the stone being worn by the model the stone looked to be a reasonable size. When the stone arrived it was absolutely tiny. Ridiculously tiny to the extent that it seems completely ill suited for a necklace and would even be too small as an earring. To be fair the measurements are on the site but very few people would understand what that looks like when worn. Stone itself is nice but just insanely small and has become a bit of a family joke.

Excellent service from payment to delivery.
The company offered a wide choice of pendants, the website is easy to navigate, the payment process is simple and the item was shipped within 48 hours. The shipping was tracked, seamlessly, from Australia to UK. From placing the order to delivery was 10 days. You can't get much better than that

Shipping is fast. But the opal is very small and thin. I use it for phone chain now.

Absolutely amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, and beautiful product. I was not sure about the watch I was hoping to buy, and I asked perhaps a million questions through email, but the Daniel from customer service was so patient and understanding. And the watch is gorgeous. So glad that I bought from Austral Stones. Highly recommended. Top product, and customer service is second to none.
