Austin Services found a good number of potential buyers and showed persistence when the housing market wobbled so badly at the end of 2022. They kept a close eye on my property for the 6mons it was empty. The staff were always very civil and responded to any queries.

This estate agent continues to lose significant monies for their clients! They clearly do not understand the local market or it’s dynamics. So if you don’t want to lose money sell elsewhere or if you must sell with this outfit then make sure you add £50-100k to the valuation for a typical 3-4 bed house!

Austin’s have been so helpful over 5 long months in the lead up to exchange/completion. They supported us by chasing and making sure everything was completed at the right time and no task seemed too difficult for them!

We had poor customer service from other estate agents in Weymouth and Austin’s really restored our confidence! Thank you so much to everyone for all your help - we will definitely be recommending!

Simon communicated regularly and clearly with all parties throughout the process and when he was not working the whole team were aware of the sale and the current situation. I would recommend Austin Estate Agents to anyone considering a house move.

I invited this Estate agent to value my property with a view to sell. However I soon found out that it was valued by Austin at £87k lower than the lowest estimate from two other agents! Clearly I never proceeded with this agent to sell my property! Clearly this agent is motivated by selling fees rather than getting the best price for their clients!
