Awful experience. Poor quality item. I returned it to China at the start of January and I still have not seen my money back. They are doing everything possible to avoid refunding my money. Don’t buy from here, I regret not checking reviews before purchasing.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. ITEMS ARE NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE. I ORDERED WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A COAT AND I RECIEVED A THIN CARDIGAN. CHEAP CRAP FROM CHINA AND WHEN YOU WANT A REFUND THEY OFFER YOU A 30% REFUND AS ITS GOING TO COST YOU OVER £20 TO SEND IT BACK ANYWAY. NEVER AGAIN. LESSON LEARNED.

You should not buy from them, it's a scam.
The products are shown on pictures are not even close to what you receive. They do not offer full refund if you decide to return

I would give zero stars if I could! I ordered a dress in 2 different sizes. The dress I ordered was my bridesmaid dress as I couldn’t get the original dress we all have. When I seen this dress, it was exactly the same as the other bridesmaids dresses and I thought amazing! The picture on the Aurellle website is taken from another trusted company. The dress that has been delivered is awful! Paper thin, short in length, quality is shocking! I’m in what I believe will be a long process for a refund! Please DO NOT order from this website.

The imagine online is totally different to the product I received. Communication is not good with this company and it is hard to return your product. If you’re willing to return it could be up to £30 delivery fees. It’s false advertisement I strongly advise you shop elsewhere.

Based in China say easy returns but it cost £30 to send things back. It says online they are based in Amsterdam and quick to get to the uk. Try 3 weeks. Says online 3-5days.
Avoid these. Shit China quality clothes.

Absolute joke of a comapny ordered an item over a week and half ago and it still hasn’t arrived, asked for a refund and got told I can’t, they said it was 3-5 working days maximum and it still hasn’t even been shipped. Will never use this company again.

Dress is not as shown! Very poor quality and the London in their company name is very misleading! All its clothes come from and are returned to China. Their customer service is appalling as is their postage cost for returns to China and not London! Disappointing is an understatement!

I would give less if I could. Ordered coat for £69.95, followed tracking, being picked up by Yodel then suddenly shows delivered on 20th but it wasn’t. Shows status unknown and delivery by Royal Mail. No satisfaction from customer services. Not a London company, goods coming from China if you actually receive any

Bought a coat £50.. the quality is disgraceful, feels like cardboard. Doesn’t look the slightest bit like the site is advertising, a now I’ve found they are located in China and not London as the site suggests! Wish I had looked at reviews before buying. Stay well away !

They show a photo of a product that is not theirs and send you a cheap, poor quality version. They advertise ‘30 day easy returns’ but it turns out it’s to be returned to China and costs around £30 for one item of clothing. They offer you an amount as a cash refund and to keep the item but it’s 25% of what you paid and the item is only fit for the bin. They up the amount so that all that’s left owing is the price they know it will cost you to return it! They now even communicate using AI so that their level of English seems UK based. This is standard practice for a lot of online Chinese companies that advertise with English names making you believe they are legit and UK based. This one doesn’t use PayPal as they know PayPal will refund you the money and block them.

STAY CLEAR - can’t believed I’ve got scammed a second time !! 🤯

I would give 0 if I could do not buy the item said it would be delivered in 10days it’s taken 8 wks when it came it’s the worst quality product excuse for a dress I have ever seen the only place it needs to go is the garbage

It’s a scam they send you something that is about 25p and then want to charge you the same price as the product to send it back total scammers

I bought a jacket for £45. I just no longer needed it and I requested for a return the following day of me receiving this item and they’ve only offered 10% and then when I disputed it they then agreed to give me a full refund, but they are not taking responsibility for the return and asked me to pay £30 for shipping. This company is a total scam and it’s not a company in the UK. It’s China base please please avoid this company. Do not purchase anything.

Do not buy from this company it is a scam. I paid £35.95 for a coat and said they are giving me 10% back which equals £4. Quality is rubbish and item dont fit.

I can't believe how bad the quality of the clothing. I brought what was suppose to be a teddy coat. I lining is hanging out, it's so thin. It looks like a dressing gown. The quality is horrendous. I also waited over 2weeks for delivery, i had to email them as i couldn't even track the items. Please don't buy for here you'll regret the pictures they display is not what your getting. Absloute fraud honestly!!

Scam! Bought a dress that didn’t fit properly so asked to return it £8.50 they’ve quoted me and the dress was only £35.
Iv said that’s ridiculous considering they don’t actually state a fee it’s just states there is a fee to return!24hrs later return fee is £30 to return it to china.

There a scam don’t bother and the material on there dresses are awful so the quality isn’t worth the stress money or anything for that matter
