This was my first lab grown diamond purchase. I was very skeptical. That said Aurelinne met all of my expectations. Moving forward I plan on using Aurelinne for all of my lab grown diamond purchases. Andy was awesome. He answered all of my questions, and made me feel better about my purchase. When I received the diamond. Everything was as he said it would be. There was a lot of drama trying to purchase the stone during the start of tariffs with India.
The price changed numerous times but Andy was able to secure the stone at the original pre-tariff price.
Their customer service is incredible.
And the stone is stunning!!
