I was so skeptical....

It took me over two months to decide and purchase the ring. There are lots of great reviews but I was very skeptical because I had so many bad experiences of buying items online. This one did not disappoint. I was amazed of the quality of how the ring was made. It is perfect! I really loved it! I will buy more pieces.

I purchased 2 rings and received free…

I purchased 2 rings and received free earrings. The diamonds are so pretty and sparkly! My only complaints would be how long it took to receive the items for shipping and one ring I purchased has a band of circle diamonds and it rubs the inner side of my fingers and is uncomfortable. But the other ring with a smooth band is perfect. I would buy again from the company.

I love my rings

I love my rings! The only issue I have is the center stone on my trinity ring doesn't look real to me. The two side stones are perfect; the center stone not so much. If I had to do it again, I would have gotten a smaller karat size. However, for the price, they are amazing! The stones on the wedding band are perfect and even I can't tell they aren't real, which says something.

Scam websites, cheaply made jewelry basically glass in China

Thus is a scam website. DONT BUY ANYTHING. I purchased a necklace, item delivered is completely unacceptable. It arrived in poor, squeezed, and damaged packaging, see attached picture, with half items outside in small poor bubble wrap mailer it was sent. No proper documentation, certificates, manuals, or paperwork of any kind. The packaging looks as though it was purchased from a dollar store and reused. The product itself shows extremely poor made and appears fake and misrepresented, like cheap fake glass.

It comes from somewhere in China, entire website is just fake AI generated stuff meant to scam customers.

There is no return policy. They take your money and send you a useless product which you can’t even return. SCAMMERS BEWARE

Aureline Paris is a legitimate jewelry brand, and every order placed through our website is individually handcrafted and made to order based on the specifications selected by each customer. Our product pages clearly describe the materials used, the handcrafted production process, and the estimated production timeframe so customers can make informed purchasing decisions before placing an order.

All orders are carefully prepared before dispatch, parcels are handled by third party shipping carriers during transit. If packaging is damaged during delivery, this does not reflect the condition in which the order left our facility.

We would also like to clarify that every customer receives a Certificate of Authenticity via email following purchase, confirming the materials used. Additionally, our return, refund, warranty, and Lifetime Stone Guarantee policies are publicly available on our website and are presented during the checkout process. Made to order jewelry is created specifically for each customer and is therefore subject to our published return policy, while verified manufacturing defects are covered in accordance with our warranty terms.

We respectfully disagree with the characterization of Aureline Paris as a scam. We remain committed to producing handcrafted, made to order jewelry, providing transparent product information, and applying our policies fairly and consistently to every customer.

Stunning gift for the wife

I got the tennis Royale bracelet for my wife as a gift for our wedding anniversary. She really loves it. It is a very high-quality bracelet that looks stunning. She loved it so much, she bought herself a matching ring about a week later.

My item was ordered in January for an…

My item was ordered in January for an April wedding. It arrived late February and remained in is originally packaging until April 17. Within a few days, a stone has fallen out. I notified Aureline on April 29. Sadly, they're not offer any solution as they claim the issue is outside of the 30 day window for workmanship issues. While their products are beautiful, the customer support (or lack thereof) is of very poor quality. I've since come across another company that I'm looking forward to making my replacement purchase with. If you're seeking a short term poorly made item with even poorer customer service, then you'll be okay purchasing items from this company. I only wish I could post a picture for all to see.

The fact that you're hiding behind your very weak and completely useless policy speaks volumes. The item was kept in its original shipped condition for that period that exceeded your warranty. For it to be worn less than 3 days for a stone to simply fall out, calls into question the quality of craftsmanship(or lack thereof) that you so pointedly referencedin your reply. Also, I clearly stated that I sought assistance and direction from you regarding a repair solution. For the record, I never requested a replacement. While the appearance of your products are very nice. Your customer service and post sales support I find poor and unacceptable. While I hoped to make additional future purchases, needless to say, that is out of the question.

This timeframe is in place to allow us to determine whether an issue was present at the time of delivery. As the report was submitted after the applicable period, we were unable to verify the stone loss as a manufacturing defect covered under our policy.
