My advice is to not use them If u thinking of alternative medicine. They sent my already paid invoice to bailiffs and didn’t answer for over 10 days to sort it out and acted like they didn’t put me through alot of stress. They are not service minded or near to be kind and proffesional. They are only after getting your money. They are the worst. There is another clinic in Sthlm that doesn’t have the same stories. I will take this further.

Stay away!!Booked a free consultation to get information how they can help me. The person giving the consultation pushed for a digital paid booking with a doctor as soon as possible, like next day. Said no as I wanted to have a later booking as it gave me time to really think given the information if this was right for me and cancel if not. Gave me an appointment for two days after.
When I recieved the booking confirmation it said they have a 48 hour cancellation policy something that wasn't at all mentioned in the call. That meant that I never had a chance to cancel because the booking made was also outside the 48 hour time frame for cancellation.
I mailed them immediately as soon as I read it that I wanted to cancel but they demanded payment, and it's not cheap, 1800 kr for a service not received and even if I tried to cancel the same day the booking was made. Also demanded payment in 5 days.
Have also found articles now when I searched online of patients that had trouble with them, like demanding payment even if it had already been made and threatening said patient with the bailiff.
