For anyone looking to get help with nutrition and get get pointed in the right direction I highly recommend this program. I always struggled with figuring out my macros and this program made it so easy while still eating the foods that I loved!!

I started my journey overweight and utterly fed up with how I felt and looked. My mindset was at an all time low with lockdown, home schooling etc. I decided to take the bull by the horns and make changes. John has been an absolutely incredible support throughout the whole process. Always on hand to answer any of my silly questions I may have had. I am the fittest and strongest I have been since I was a young girl. I have lost 3 stone in weight and my mindset is so positive now. I feel motivated and happy in my every day life. When I first started at Aurafit, my relationship with food and my body really got me down. I was doing the same exercises over and not seeing any results. My mindset felt gloomy and I just did not feel content within myself. John at Aurafit really helped me understand nutrition better and gave me exercises that I really enjoyed doing. as someone who is performing on this weight challenge from abroad. i must say that team aurafit really takes up the customer demand into consideration and ensures the proper plan is built up for each customer depending on their wants.

i am very happy of this experience and as the old saying said the customer is king you really get value for money invested in this program and defo there are many online coach business that are found but for me it is reliable one. pure example i had an own coach in my country and i can see the changes i saw with aura fit i havent seen same when i was currently on a program with my local gym coach.

I joined Aurafit in July 2020 to loose weight, have a structured workout and nutrition routine, and to become confident in my own body. Now in February 2021 I am still with Aurafit on a new workout plan, maintaining my weight loss and constantly improving my life - physically and mentally.
