Bought an aulumu case for my iphone 17 pro max on December 2025, using it as my main case as it looks sleek, minimalist and techy at the same time plus it provides a good coverage and feel, people at Aulumu responded super fast and provides me with the best assistance towards my queries and it’s really like what i expected if i were to buy from a very good brand. Very slow and painful returns process. I recently ordered a case I really liked the quality however it just wasn’t quite right for me so decided to use the seven day returns process. I contacted customer service and they made multiple attempts to offer me a partial refund rather than return the item. It was financially better for me to return the item so I did, but the return is taking a long time. You have to ship the part from the UK to Italy this costs £9 tracked! Wait for them to process it and even then I’m still waiting now for my refund. The refund still hasn’t been received. This is taking over 3 weeks just to return and get a refund, so if you live in the UK and you want to buy a case, make sure you like it because the returns process is very painful and expensive.

I’ve used the older G05 version, and this new one is definitely better. The matte finish feels more premium, the clicks are improved, and the box cutter is more useful. Been using it for two weeks with no chips or color wear so far, unlike the old version where the print faded after about six months. Overall, a solid upgrade and works great as a stand too.

I have lots of goods from Aulumu and never been disappointed by quality or appearance, moreover, each time I get something new released I'm surprised

Great lil EDC that I did not thought I would greatly use the small hidden surprise in my G05, would like to see more Aulumu products in the future

In November 2025, I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro. While searching for accessories, I came across Aulumu products, and their quality and design immediately impressed me. Since then, I’ve purchased a watch band, three phone cases, two stands, and their latest power bank. I truly trust Aulumu’s products and highly recommend them.

Great products great packaging and customer service is top-tier

I've had my eye on Aulumu for awhile, initially for their impeccable product design. I'm a big fan of the utilitarian, industrial, furturistic, mil-spec look. Not only does their stuff look good, but there's real creativity and innovation that shows through in every product. I now own several items including phone cases, charging stand, and cables-- all of which have top-notch build quality. What you see is what you get, and that's a very good thing. Great job Aulumu Team! Keep it up.

The product is highly functional and stylish! It is also very durable. There was a color mistake on my order, but it was resolved very quickly with a replacement sent! Would buy again!

Magnet is amazing, it almost looks like it is glued to my iPhone, due to its very slick design it also fits snugly in my pocket.

I own several accessories from Alumu and, overall, I am very satisfied. The products show very good quality and finish.

However, I do have a small concern regarding the first series of the A11 Mag Buckle Slim Band for Apple Watch Series - the quality of the fabric used is not very good.
I hope that the new series of this band will offer improved durability
What's quite fabulous is the Quick-Release System does indeed allow you to snap the band on and slide it off in a single step.

By contrast, I am genuinely delighted with the

and the G09 Infinite 360° MagSafe Stand | 3-Axis Rotation.
Both products feel solid, are very well designed, and perform exactly as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend these Aulumu accessories to other users.

The design of the product is excellent, and the finishing quality is very good.

Their A17 case for the iPhone 17 pro max is a fantastic frosted semi clear case, it’s very cyberpunky which I love, quality is incredible, I’ve been buying cases from them ever since the iPhone 15. Highly recommended for not just cases but accessories for Apple Watches and AirPod cases as well.

I have multiple products from Aulumu and their products are second to none. I have the frosted and vegan leather for my iPhone 17 pro and the two grips between my wife and I, the G05 & G09. The build quality on all products feel amazing with products that have. Pricing is fair for the functionality and quality that you get.

I love the products this company makes. The cases, MAG Safe Attachments and the wallets are premium. I love the watch bands ( from the Titanium to the Sporty Maglock's to the sporty colors).
