History:
Cancellation/refund process is problematic. The website does not have a transparent process to cancel as advertised. It directs users to send a cancellation request to their finance email address, which is not actively monitored. I only got a response after the 15-day window and had to go through the "AI" support channel. Overall, cancellation/refund is misleading as not as straightforward as signing up/paying in the website. I think this violates several US consumer laws.

My experience with the Augment program was exceptional.

What I enjoyed most was the flexible self-paced learning model, which made it easy to manage my time. Production quality is excellent, but amount of content is not that much given the price. There sections in a module are a bit repetitive. For example, the intro for the next module is the same as the recap for the previous module. Also 45 seconds of every video is wasted on re-introducing the speaker and the augment logo intro every time.

The content that is provided however is very interesting and valuable. The speakers are engaging and def worth a listen!
