I have tried to get them to answer my texts and they want. On June 18 2026 I ordered a pair of chicken overalls pants overalls first the material is very flimsy and second there way to big for me. I want them changed for a large and also would like another pattern with sunflower on them. I wrote where they told me to and they want answer me at all. I have ordered from others before and they would always answer. But Audrey and Evelyn don’t seem to care about there products that’s why I’m not hearing from them.All I want to do is change to a smaller size in a different pattern. Thanks for hearing me out. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They market themselves as a Florida based business but they are a Chinese sweatshop. The product I received was utter trash - synthetic fabric, cheap, nasty and not at all as advertised. When I tried to return it they said I had to ship it back to China!!!! The postage alone would not have been worth it but also I had 15 days to do so - even though it took 24 days for them to send it to me. There would be no way to return it and have it clear customs in that timeframe adding to the scam business they are running. I complained and asked for a refund without returning it - this piece of crap did not need to circumnavigate the world - what a waste of resources. They offered me a 30% refund which I declined. Then they ghosted me. Horrible company.

This company is a huge fraud. Scam. There is no official storefront in Palm Beach, Florida. They show you pictures of the alleged owners (fabricated, picture) with an AI generated storefront and merchandise that doesn’t match what they actually send you. No live agents, no telephone number; they only communicate through automated email responses. What you receive is flimsy made, cheap crap. They market their false storefront location as a moving sale…. It’s false advertising. When you attempt to get a refund, they tell you they cannot refund your money because they already discounted the price. Stay away… Buyer beware… Do not purchase.!!! I’m reporting this company to the FTC.

I immediately contacted customer service after my items arrived because they didn’t fit and I disliked the fabric. The return policy offers money back and I planned to exchange/return the items. I was told that for more money I could exchange for another size. Then I was offered, as “a gesture of care”, 40% back and to keep the items. Went back and forth for a few days but when I really pushed back and included their policy in my response there was radio silence. Again, after a few days, I emailed asking for my money back and they replied that they were moving so, in their estimation, 40% back was the best resolution.
So I asked my credit card company to handle this and I got a full refund 24hrs later.
Beware of ordering from them. But if you do, I found the sizes run big - I’m a solid M but could have used a S or XS in the Belle dress.
