Audio Concierge was great. Distribution issues due to COVID and high demand, meant Shanling struggled to get deliveries into Europe. Phil was great with updates and feedback, keeping me informed and then sent the player out next day delivery when it arrived in UK.

Oh and the M6pro is pretty amazing. Would recommend for anyone who doesn't want A&K SR25 in the sub £1000 DAP market.

Phil Wannell at Audio Concierge is a great guy and very knowledgeable on the subject of portable audio. He did a sterling job of turning me on to the Cayin N6ii E02 which is a brilliant DAP. Phil arranged the demo for me to audition and bent over backwards to make sure i had everything i needed. Once ordered the DAP arrived in good time and was delivered to me quickly. Communications were excellent throughout the whole process via social media and email and all my questions were answered. Would i go back to Audio Concierge? Absolutely! Thanks Phil 👍

Ordered Wednesday and 1st class Royal Mail but its now Saturday and still not arrived. I'd class that as slow delivery for a small, cheap adapter.

I recently purchased some balance cable from AC, for my Meze 99 Neo headphones, as Phil at AC said what a difference it would make. I was sceptical, but have been enjoying my headphones even more eversince. Audio Concierge caters for Audiophiles only but he caters for different budgets and that's what I like the most. Service is second to non. Advice forget reading tons of reviews ask AC they know their stuff.

Before I came UK，I knew here is a nice country of speakers，so I didn't worry about my hifi road.But after I lived in London for a few months，I found IEM，even headphone market are so poor，and the prices are so crazy.Fortunately，I met Phil and had a nice talk.I got very useful advices，and enjoyed fantastic products，VE 13，Inear pmx，and Cayin n6ii，but the most important thing was to talk with a warm heart，friendly and helpful IEM lover.Finally I chose pmx and got it with high speed shipping，it‘s totally awesome flagship，best partner with classical，better than my Solaris SE and fw10000，and wonderful wearing experience which closes to custom earphone.Moreover，Phil‘s custom service will deal with your questions and help you with his experience.Even for the range products and reasonable prices ，compared with other shops in London，I‘ll shopping again in Audio Concierge.

Great range of fantastic products but much more importantly Phil is always so helpful. These products are all so subjective and consequently its difficult to find the ones that are best for you.
Phil will guide you to a selection of products that are right for you and let you try them out. There's no presure just to buy the most expensive ones.
