It was really nice seen Jan today. Explained everything about what she was going to do and then she did hearing test which was good. She told me not to use earbuds as they can cause ear infection.
Overall great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

The team were professional and friendly throughout the procedure details were explained explicitly.The end result achieved without fuss and have no hesitation in recommending this organisation to anyone who has ear issues.

Both the receptionist and audiologist were very friendly and welcoming. Ayesha, hearing aid dispenser, was very professional in her approach and explained the assessment procedure carefully at each stage. I now have clear instructions to follow with my GP. It is very helpful to have a toilet and hand basin on site for customers. I will be using Hidden Hearing - Solihull in the future.

Ear wax removal - Very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

The hearing in my right ear had reduced in recent months believed to be combination of age and a build up of wax. A wax removal session was suggested by Niamh my hearing aid dispenser and organised at Solihull where Laura very quickly and effectively identified that a dome from my aids was stuck in my ear causing a blockage and build up of wax. She removed the dome at the first attempt providing instant relief. Many thanks to Laura and Niamh for great support.

Consultant was thorough, with an unhurried friendly atmosphere during consultation, and she answered all queries satisfactorily. Follow-up consultations were equally as supportive with queries and amendments to aids settings etc.
I would not hesitate in recommending the consultant at the venue.
