Happy hearing
Amazing customer service starting with the helpful and professional receptionist.
We were at hidden hearing for my husband.
Lucy the audiologist was very sociable, she made my husband and I feel at ease from the start.
She explained every action before commencing.
She did far more intense checking than a previous well known hearing company (who we were not happy with ) hence the move to hidden hearing.
Her mannerism was spot on and we left knowing my husband was in safe hands and nothing was too much trouble .
My husband is going back next week to see how he is getting on with his hearing aids and any tweaks that he may need .
Knowing he can get an appointment to discuss any problems with Lucy instead of via an email is so much better than his previous experience
We felt we were getting a personal service from a caring company .

Called in early
Penny rang to say they had a cancellation and asked if we wanted to come in earlier. When we got there we were offered a hot drink.
Aleasa called us both in at the same time. She was very friendly and professional. First did my wife and then me, nothing was to much trouble, spending time with us both.

Hidden Hearing did an excellent job, giving me confidence in managing a difficult transition to wearing hearing aids. It is nice having support during this time with someone who is knowledgeable and understanding, with great customer service.

Very friendly and helpfull
Very friendly and helpfull. Attitude great and welcoming and made you feel at ease. Would recommend to anyone whom may have problems with hearing loss.
