HH mailed me to go for hearing checkup to follow up my first hearing check in April. Lily attended me again with professional, super informative, as well as kind and friendly approach. I even had the chance to try using a hearing aid and realising how much difference it made.
I am afraid of the cost, but Lily explained the interest-free credit option, making the purchase more accessible.
In all, 5 star experience.

The consultant, Lily was exceptional, she described all aspects of the hearing process and went into detail how the hearing aids work.

Prior to visiting Hidden Hearing, I attended a well known provider and was very unsatisfied, I was supplied with the wrong hearing devices.

Lilly explained everything very clearly. I am a tinnitus sufferer and my priority was to alleviate the aweful problems it brings. Only had aids a week and they are helping. Need to go back for a slight tweak. The appointment was pre booked. Overall an expensive but worthwhile purchase

I haven't received my aids yet just hope they are as good as the test
