The Consultant could see that I needed…
The Consultant could see that I needed to get rid of wax in my left ear . He prescribed me earol .Having used this as directed he was able to remove wax & proceed with a hwaring test . This tedy went well . I do not yet need any hearing aids.

Straightforward procedure
Straightforward reception, into treatment , well mannered and friendly staff. Removal of wax simple within minutes complete . Well organised.

Great service in Morpeth
My partner has been seeing Garrie in Morpeth for 2 years for support with his hearing aids. We always appreciate his professionalism and friendliness. We feel we can trust his advice and high level of service. Both our lives have been improved by my partner having better hearing and we appreciate the peace of mind we get from knowing that his hearing is in good hands- there’s always someone to turn to if we need advice or help. Noks was superb
Noks was superb, she was kind considerate and extremely helpful . While I have not yet committed to the purchase I am sure I will . The cost whilst discounted is still a significant outlay coming at an awkward time . I am hoping this changes as we sell our property over the next month so I can trying to see Noks once more . Very good service . I was educated !!

Wax removal
It was initially difficult to get through. When I got my appointment the staff were friendly and reassuring. I needed two visits. The problem with my ear wasn't completely resolved. It was recommended I go to the doctor and continue some treatment at home. I was told I could go back if things didn't improve. This was reassuring.

Had my hearing aid's for about 5 weeks now grainger st newcastle upon tyne NE15JF the service i got off a lady called Nok's was friendy warm welcome i have a few problem's adjusting to them but i had help off the lady and i have told just to come in and she will help me very professional highly recommend
