Jess, the ECP at Maidstone, made my experience such a positive one. It was my first time having ear wax removal but she made me feel comfortable straight away. Jane Kershaw at Hidden Hearing (Maidstone) is really excellent, friendly and professional. She is very skilled and knowledgeable. She really listens to your needs and issues and makes all the adjustments she can to help you live your best life with hearing aids. She managed to fit me in with a same day appointment when I was first struggling with some aspects and made some tweaks to help me adjust quicker. Hidden Hearing was recommended to me by friends and I have been so pleased with how Jane has helped me.

The lady my mum saw was very nice very helpful very careful throughout the examination unfortunately she was on her own and had to keep going to the shop door to help people apparently the receptionist was given the day off which was not a good idea unprofessional!!

Sam was my consultant for my hearing test. I felt relaxed at the outset as Sam explained exactly what the test included and what any potential outcome could be. Each stage was not rushed at all and each test was different and through. I was given the opportunity to try hearing aids immediately based on my hearing loss test results which was quite extraordinary and amazingly was an instant improvement.

Sam talked me through options and even coloured ear pieces to choose room. No sales pressure, just a follow up courtesy call the next day. Great service and would highly recommend Hidden Hearing.

Sam Livingston’s initial testing, fitting and the follow up was first class, attentive and clear at every stage. My first visit to Hidden Hearing in Maidstone. I would definitely recommend this shop; I was made to feel very welcome and he explained everything very clearly. He was very thorough and took his his time to ensure everything was done correctly.

Hidden hearing have shown great support for me during my hearing loss journey. Yes it costs money, but there is no greater quality than living life to the full and your hearing is a massive part of that.
I would especially like to thank Samatha for her kindness, compassion and honesty over the last year or so,resulting in me purchasing a new set of aids of which has completely changed my involvement in everyday life and therefore improved the overall quality of my life.
