Cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have an ongoing condition under an ENT consultant but struggled to get the necessary hearing test. They were aware hearing aids were not necessarliy the solution but regardless, could not have done more to help me and provide the reports needed to move forward with my treatment. While they are of course a business, they could not have shown more empathy or kindness, there is no hard-sell here, just genuine help and very thorough advice. I have every confidence in going back to them should the need arise.

I had my ear wax removed by Wendy , who is a very pleasant and professional lady. She does a thorough job as checking all removed and does a hearing test afterwards. Have used before but can highly recommend.

I was very impressed. Before having a hearing test they checked my ears to see if they needed cleaning which they did so that avoided an unnecessary hearing test. When I went for the wax removal session all very professional and had the results explained very well. Finally this was all very competitively priced.

Calm relaxed atmosphere with no pushy sales and every advice

A massive thank you to Wendy Green, who this afternoon carefully and skilfully undertook an ear irrigation using micro suction techniques on both ears. The procedure was very well explained and the event painless throughout the procedure.
Additionally, on completion, Wendy carried out a basic hearing test, which highlighted frequency differences and indeed how this could be further improved.
In my opinion, this visit was a very good value for money plus an opportunity of seeing a professionally run business. So thank you again Wendy 👏 DH.
