This is only my second visit to Hidden Hearing but I felt comfortable from the first meeting.The test where very good and explained well.The staff where excellent,im still in the tweeking stages but pleased so far.Price are a lot but will have to see if its worth it but there is a refund policy if not happy.

Friendly, polite efficient. Explained exactly what was going on and what was required to ensure hearing was as good as possible.

Very friendly service. Explained all the test and explained the results.I left feeling confident that all was fine with my hearing aids and hearing. Oh and a nice cup of tea.

Earlier today my mom had a home visit review appointment with Poojah Gupta.
Poojah had phoned ahead to let us know she was on the way, which was very reassuring.
Poojah is very personable; it was lovely to meet her today.
Her assessment of mom's hearing was very thorough; her approach was gentle and caring.
Poojah explained the changes to mom's hearing at the same time showing us the results on her laptop screen.
Poojah mentioned the possibility of trying new hearing aids; but was most understanding when the offer was declined. There was no pressure whatsoever to re think.
I feel certain Poojah is a valued and positive member of the Hidden Hearing team.

A thorough hearing test and excellent upgrading of my hearing aids.

From top class diagnostics and precision aids to a superb after sales service excellent in every way.

I experienced careful professional care using modern technology in pleasant comfortable surroundings. The procedure was explained fully beforehand. by a trained audiologist. Wax comfortably removed albeit in my case a (free) follow-up appointment in two weeks to deal with residue. Good value for money. Thank you, Helena.

Nice friendly people,very knowledgeable person called Tony who gave me a hearing test, and told me what hearing aids would be suitable for me .

Caring for my elderly, vulnerable Dad remotely is always challenging. Having considerate and dedicated support services where my dad lives is a great relief. Considering a diagnosis of "cognitive change" after a brain test, I was disappointed that the audiologist didn't test AI hearing aides in my Dad's every day environment, not just his flat. Dad is struggling with his existing hearing aides in group/busy situations. Dad cannot differentiate voices and other background noises. As this was a 'home' visit, it's a shame tests weren't carried out in his wider home environment. That said, the audiologist was careful, considerate and compassionate and very thorough in her approach. Thank you.

5 years ago I bought my hearing aid for £6000.00 and this includes a yearly service. I went for what I thought was my yearly. But I was told that who normally carries this out had retired. Was then told that my aids were no longer suitable, and I needed new ones that would cost £4000.00 , I said I wasn't in position to spend that kind of money at the moment. And he said we will leave it at that then. My aids were not serviced or anything.

I attended my appointment for my annual service of my Hearing Aids. During my visit, Charlotte, my Audiologist, carried out the normal procedures for servicing my hearing aids. In addition she updated my firmware so I could receive Auracast transmissions which I have been looking forward to for some time. I also had impressions of my ears to accept ear moulds which I hope to receive in the new year and will hopefully improve my hearing experience. So all in all a very worthwhile visit and Charlotte was very kind and supportive throughout my visit. Thank you.

Welcoming from entering the shop until leaving, would recommend them for your hearing tests and requirements if hearing aids are needed.

The lady who removed ear wax was very professional but was very personalble. A very good service
