Audika - Leeds Anmeldelser

I visited the new Halifax branch today and spoke with Eloise. She was very professional and kind so will definitely be returning!

Friendly staff and fantastic service. Special thank you to Alison and Chloe at the Leeds branch for their professionalism and making me feel at ease.

Had my free hearing test today. Really enjoyed it and it showed what is possible after many years of bad tinnitus. Allison was super friendly and the audiologist, Niteen was top notch and explained everything clearly. I learned a lot about my hearing. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Chloe & Rachel were prompt, professional and friendly. Microsuction completed quickly, with full information every step of the way. Appointments were easily available. I'll be going back to them for regular checkups.

I found this place whilst looking online for somewhere I could go to get the wax removed that had built up in both my ears, as the doctors have stopped giving this service.
I had bought a gadget online that linked up wirelessly to my phone, that showed the contents of my ears, using a small tool with LED lights, and had been shocked at the amount of wax in my ears.. hence the urgent need to get it removed sooner rather than later.
I called the place, and was offered an appmnt for the end of the same week. They advised me to get some ‘earol’ olive oil spray, and to use that twice a day in order to soften the wax, ahead of my appmnt.
Fast forward to my appmnt, and from the minute I walked through the door, I was made to feel welcome. The lady on reception offered me a hot drink and biscuits whilst I waited, as I was early.
When I went into the room, there was a girl there learning the ropes, along with Chloe, who was the person who performed the ‘microsuction’.
Chloe explained everything that was going to happen to me thoroughly, and asked if I had any questions. She made me feel at ease, as I was a bit anxious.. and was very understanding.
The first ear was the trickiest, as there was a large, quite solid, lump of wax, which she softened by spraying a bit more earol olive oil into my ear canal, and eventually managed to get it all out. (She was able to show me on her phone what was in my ear). It was painless, but there was a bit of tenderness, as it may have been slightly stuck to the ear canal. The second ear was done without any issue.
She then did a hearing test, and that was all fine, so I was one happy customer!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone with the same issue. The people there are very warm, thorough, and understanding. I would definitely go back if I had any issues in the future.
(The place is on the Headrow, opposite the art gallery in Leeds city centre).

Very professional and polite.
Fully explained everything that he was doing and why , non pushey but gave me good sound advice. Thank you

Waleed was very thorough and explained everything in a clear manner that made it easy to understand the changes needed to adjust my hearing aids.
I will take onboard all the advice he gave and hopefully have an improved experience with the hearing aids.
A very polite and pleasant young ma

Customer service was incredible from start to finish from the speed of the booking to the support and aftercare advice. Would highly recommend and will use again if needed.

The person that did my Hidden Hearing Appointment was absolutely brilliant. He explained everything much
better than people in the past and corrected things which were not working correctly. I felt so much better with everything. thank you so much

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very good test in a very clean and up to date space. Would recommend a visit to anybody that needs a hearing test

I turned up without an appointment and spoke to Alison on reception and was able to seen straight away. Alison very friendly and helpful with me before sending me through to see Amina. Amina was great, put me at ease throughout the hearing test and my options after. Very knowledgeable. First class service. Highly recommended.

The knowledge and friendliness of the audiologist was wonderful. We had a very enjoyable time and the result is excellent.

Chloe was amazing.
Talked through the procedure, explaining simply what she would be doing
Had a look at the inside of the ears, and showed me the contents, then what her next step would be.
Proceeded nicely, and finally removed the blockage that's been bugging me for years. Worth every penny of £70!

After days of worry at sudden year loss in one ear, although unable to give treatment was assured and advised of next step to take. Despite doctors surgery not giving urgent appointment as suggested by audiologist, was able to make appointment with optician/hearing centre and will get treatment this week.

The whole process for the ear wax removal was simple and straightforward. They provide with the all the information you need to know.

Hearing aids excellent [should be for the price]
Iwas not adviced of free syringe service if you bought hearing aids and i was refused it 14 days after purchase
I really think this is totally unacceptable and made me consider sending the aids back within the 60 day clause i would appreciate you comments

Totally disgusted with this Company, after having a visit and intended purchase from Hidden Hearing after being told my elderley Father did not have was in his ears. Got a 2nd opinion from Specsavers and told us he did have a lot of wax in his ear.

I wonder what would have happened if we had gone along with the fitting of the Hearing Aids from Hidden Hearing as "If you have hearing aids, and there is too much wax inside the ear canals, this can result in: Damage to the hearing aid. Poor hearing aid performance. Difficulty hearing"

Anything for a sale seems to me, utterly disgusted. We now have to go back to the beginning after weeks of waiting !

My mums hearing aid wire broke and hidden hearing sorted it straight way

Expert attention, Clear guidance with well defined options.
Consultation was helpful and unhurried.
