I arrived with a dysfunctional hearing aid which was very quickly sorted. The whole visit and test was handled in most understanding and proffessional manner.

I have recently had two appointments at Hidden Hearing in Ipswich. The experience in both has been very, very good. Ear wax removal performed by Debbie was entirely comfortable, and Andrew's thoroughness in checking my hearing was, as usual, very welcome.

Appointment made by telephone and confirmed by e mail for 1.30 pm. However consultant and Manager did not arrive until 2.00 pm which was the time they had been given. I had also been asked to have a carer with me. As the meeting was late she had to leave before it was over so her time was wasted.

Consultant was very thorough and apologised for being late.

Hearing aids excellent but because l have tinnitus and vertigo they tended to over simulate sounds
So disappointed as to hear at such a great level was wonderful , but my vertigo increased so l had to return them within the 60 day’s agreement, very prompt refund with excellent support and understanding from Tom.
