Searched the internet and thought the service offered seamed reasonable in price. It certainly was I was told when I arrived that if they were not able to remove all the wax in one session I would be invited back for two more sessions at no extra charge. Fortunately all the wax (loads of it!) was removed in this session in 40 mins. I was shown before and after pictures of my ear canal. All very impressive to see a clear canal and unobstructed eardrums. My tinnitus has much reduced and my wife is now shouting at me instead of mumbling!!. In summary I would highly recommend the treatment and in particular Hidden Hearing in Exeter. Thank you Suzanne.

My experience was nothing but efficient and pleasant. I was treated by Suzanne and I'd thoroughly recommend the service, it was so quick and easy, and for an affordable price. I was nervous about microsuction as I'd never had it done, but Suzanne reassured me throughout and it was over so quickly and absolutely painless. This morning I was looked after very well by Suzanne Parish ( Ear Care Practitioner ) Everything was explained before the procedure, during and after. All my questions were answered. I also had a hearing test which was very informative.

From the moment I arrived I was put at ease and the procedure was carried out in a very professional manner. Sharon's explanations were excellent and the technique absolutely pain free.
