The centre was in a comfortable location in Chester, Terri was very kind and talked comfortably throughout the process. Overall affordable and friendly centre.

The complete approach to my hearing check was amazingly good. It wasn’t rushed and I was given plenty of time to discussed my hearing requirements. There was no hard selling of new hearing aids as I was happy to continue using my present ones.
I would definitely recommend them to people who have hearing difficulties.

I was supported by an expert who listened to my problem and he rectified it. Thank you.

I never find wax removal something to look forward to, but Terri’s approach was excellent. It could not be faulted

I was at ease as I walked in to reception and was offered tea or coffee. Rutchi, the practioner, was excellent. Very friendly and efficient. She was with me for over an hour finding all about me. I have taken a trial of hearing aids and I’m looking forward to a follow up consultation shortly.
