Made to feel welcome upon arrival and the person dealing with my review listened to my concerns especially the ability to hear conversations in loud environments. He did a very thorough hearing assessment and adjusted my hearing aids to cut out the background noise in restaurants for example.

it was my first visit to hidden hearing in cardiff and i found them all very friendly and very professional and very helpful nothing was to much trouble i would definately be returning if i need to brilliant service.

I had a thorough hearing test that was free. The premises in Neath (not Cardiff......but no location for Neath) were very pleasant, more like a pampering spa setting than a medical establishment and the specialist I saw was kind and professional.

A trusting group. Fast and efficient service. Great products to meet your need. Very pleased.

Jamie was amazing with my mother,it was her 1st visit and walked away with hearing aides that she can actually hear more with there aides than she has with any other hearing aides over the year,he was amazing very friendly and took time to understand my mothers needs and the receptionist was so friendly put my mother at ease straight away I would recommend anyone with hearing loss to visit the Cardiff hidden hearing as we have had many years of paying for hearing aides with the genral high street brand's but never had any real results,but with hidden hearing straight away my mother could hear a pin drop and it's been quite scary hearing noises she hasn't been able to hear for many years with the other hearing aides ,as a family is has made such a difference ,mainly to my mother quality of life and to the our lives with the frustration of having to shout & repeat everthing for her to hear us now we talk so quiet as she says we are shouting when talking at a normal leval absolutely amazing result in 1 visit we cant thank Jammie enough .

The after care is very important and very helpful, they are very patient and helpful

I have had hearing problems for years and sadly you learn to live with it, not anymore , I saw an advert for a free hearing check, duly booked, met Martyn the Audiologist and my journey back to hearing again began, unfortunately for me my ears were in a bad way, the right one was completely blocked, Martyn informed that in order to do the test that had to be sorted, he has worked with me every step of the way. The hearing aids I now have are comfortable and discreet. One example, we had a new kitchen fitted four years ago and I didn't know my fridge had a door alarm until a couple of weeks ago, thank you Martyn for giving me back my hearing.Thank you hidden hearing, I would highly recommend this company.

Jamie was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease. He tested my hearing thoroughly and was able to show me my results and explain any changes from last year.
He gave me healpful advice as to when I should consider upgrading my hearing aids and the improvements to my hearing experience this could make.
The receptionist was also friendly, helpful and efficent.
Overall my visit was a great, helpful experience

We were greeted with a friendly smile and didn't have wait at all. The audiologist was patient and understanding and did a thorough examination-nothing was too much trouble. Altogether a very positive experience.

Great service, hearing test was very thorough, and comprehensive. Appointments made at convenient locations for parking, also for public transport, so very easily accessible. The testing lasts approx. 45mins, with access to try on the same premises before you buy.
The only reason for the 4 stars being the price, at £3,200 it is very pricey, and that is not the top price by any means. The next step up being another £800. Specsavers in comparison was £1000 for a similar product, but not as good service.
