Very impressed with Audika and Carina in particular she was very friendly and efficient i couldn't be happier.

When I first came to this company it was Amplifon so I can only speak from the last year's experience plus the last appointment (Audika) when I saw Carina who I saw when I first came to Amplifon. I had previously had two attempts with other companies with having hearing aids fitted which were failures and one very expensive. She has given me faith in human nature and her care and expertise has made my hearing and life much better - I only hope Audika keep her work ethos.

I had a very professional, non-pushy audiologist; Carina; look after me in a polite and friendly way. Everything explained in clear details. I felt completely at ease and never pressured into anything I didn’t need.

My hearing test was conducted in a friendly yet very professional manner. Carina was polite, friendly and professional at all times. A credit to the company. I would recommend them/her to anyone concerned about their hearing. I’ll be back next year for a check up.

My first visit under new management Audika at the previous Amplifon clinic in Banbury went very well. Carina my hearing aid clinician was welcoming and reassuring. She led me through the process of becoming a patient with the new company and we discussed my hearing aid experiences and some problems with the hearing aids. After tests and thorough examination she told me the aids needing service and repair. This has been arranged, explained to me and I am happy with the conclusion. My own hearing test was undertaken as well and, again, this has gone well.
I will wait now for the repaired aids to be returned to provide another review on that service. Today I am happy to recommend Carina and her care and professionalism today.

The visit to the banbury office was a really pleasant experience.
The staff were very kind and knowledgeable.
The equipment used was state of the art.
The hearing aids available were amazing and there was no need for a sale pitch they spoke for themselves.
When You are shown the high performance equipment you have a feeling that the price maybe quite high.
But if the addition of the hearing aids a life changing then it would be worth every penny.
So I will be buying the top of the range hearing aids, but only after winning a compensation claim.
The staff at the testing centre was lovely and you could see that she enjoyed being able to restore people's hearing and show that there is an alterative to putting up with hearing lose. The lady made the experience stress free.

We had a wonderful visit to the Banbury office, Carina was so experienced and kind, she had made my husband new moulds on our last visit which made such a difference. She was so reassuring, we can highly recommend the service we had so much so that I have booked a hearing test myself with her next week.
