Staff are amazing
Staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful, everything explained and shown on computer. Probably only reason nor 5 star , I think a certain amount of consumables , filters etc should be given for each 12 month period

Caring and helpful
The audiologist Eesaa made me feel comfortable, really listened to me, made small changes to my hearing aids to improve comfort, and gave good advice.

I have had my hearing aids for several weeks now and the difference it has made is unbelievable I had no idea how bad my hearing was it has changed my life totally Donna was absolutely amazing explaining every step along the way very professional and also caring Heather was very friendly and on hand with coffee I would certainly recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone

Ear wax removal
The doctor, Teresa was very bubbly and made me feel comfortable and did a great job my ear was very blocked up and it took a while but my hearing has never been better

Very positive experience
My experience of dealing with Hidden Hearing compared to my previous hearing clinic was very positive. I felt that the service was more comprehensive, and the advice I was given appears to be more tailored to my needs than I have previously experienced.

The company’s staff.
The most important aspect of hidden hearing is the wonderful staff. Cady has been to our home on a few occasions and impressed us by her friendly manner and excellent knowledge.
We are both extremely happy with the service.

Personalised Care for Everyone by Experts
I have been supported by Hidden Hearing for many years. They provide an excellent individualised service whether it be through their thorough testing procedures or clear advice on the most suitable hearing aid. Prior to testing the client is informed of the process and then clearly shown the results on screen with comparison with previous tests. Added of course with a very warm welcome and a comfortable environment.

Donna treated us with kindness and a lot of patience. We felt no pressure and made the right decision for us. Everything was carefully explained including going through the hearing test with great skill.
Donna displayed a wealth of knowledge and experience and because she too manages hearing loss we felt completely understood.
Every question was answered clearly giving us time to ask any further questions were had. A 100 % experience.
