I received the product eventually but the delivery time was long. It will be great if it can be improved.

Absolutely dreadful service. Will be going to Fair Trading or equivalent. I spent $270 on two sets of beard oil and conditioner. Received one parcel which was supposed to contain an oil and a conditioner, but it had been ripped open and only the beard oil was still there. I contacted Ninth Avenue by phone and was told they would call me back. They have not! I called again and got no answer. I sent an email and a follow-up email, which have not been responded to. Ninth Avenue Australia then sent their automated feedback survey, which I filled out. Still no contact from them.

Great quality and selection of products. Found the tweezers hard to find in Australia. Very good customer service communicated well. Fast dispatch and packed securely.

I ordered Dr Groot shampoo and conditioner bundle and after a month only received the conditioner. I emailed them in regards to the incomplete order and never received a reply. I have just spoken to someone in India and so the saga continues, 6 weeks on.

Derek’s one star review scared me (I am 70). I was stressed out for over a week. Even locked my credit card. The products I ordered arrived safely. I am very grateful to have the products as not available in Australia. Thank you Ninth Avenue. My stress was totally unnecessary!!

I had difficulty finding the unit I wanted either in store or on line so was happy to find it available through Ninth Avenue. The price was reasonable considering it was shipped from the US and they kept me informed of it's delivery progress. In due course it arrived with no problems

Do not deal with this company. It is an elaborate scam. Placed online order. Received 3 emails. 1 from one email address saying request received. A second email from a different email address saying item processing. A third from another email address saying item sent with tracking link and number to courier company DHL. The tracking number doesn't exist and they were asking for an AUS 1.85 customs tax. And the in progress bar at top of page had word taked. There is no such work as taked - it is grammatically incorrect. Alarm bells were ringing so I blocked my card. Then during business hours I rung a number linked to this company which you could hear go through a couple of exchanges. A foreign male voice answered and I asked him a few questions. I asked him where he was and that I thought their email to me was fraudulent. He said that is not an email from us. I said then why does this email have all the information about this purchase. He could not answer. He said he was in the USA. After hanging up I rung them again on same number. This time I got a female foreign voice. I asked again where she was. This time she said India. This was enough for me. A complete scam. I then rang my bank and ran through all the details of this transaction. They said luckily I had blocked my card as someone had attempted to make a 2.5k purchase on it. My cards are being replaced but the initial transaction amount is probably gone. The bank is going to run a fraud case so will see what happens. Don't get caught out with this company. Even with alarm bells ringing I nearby got scammed big time

I was a little worried at first, the order took awhile to get proceed. Further more, later I found out they are actually not located in Australia even though they website makes no mention of this.

Anyway, I took awhile, but the goods did arrived. They could've be a little more up front about where the goods are actually location. But overall not a scam.

This Company must be another Scam Company.
Only excuses when it comes to follow up on shipments.
Do not order anything from NinthAvenue as you will loose your money.
We receive always generated emails back when we complain and ask for the ETD, that our order will be dispatched in about 2-3 weeks with the same content and nothing is happening. This is now about 8 weeks already.

The product that I ordered arrived in excellent condition.
No delay in postage.
I am very happy.

It took a while to come but once arrived it’s perfect definitely what is advertised
