The earrings are pretty but not exactly as pictured on the website. The back of the earrings are pointed as opposed to round, and I would have preferred them rounded. Delivery took 16 days and they are a gift for someone, so there wouldn't be enough time to return/exchange them. They are lovely, just not as expected. I would recommend ordering 3 weeks in advance if you are ordering as a present or if you need them by a certain date.

The earrings are very pretty, although terribly fragile and I suspect won't last long. Customer service is not good, however. On both occasions when I've placed orders there has been a delay of up to 10 days which really isn't acceptable. They do reply to messages eventually but it takes time. It's a shame they have now decided to focus exclusively on chain earrings as these don't suit everybody and are very fragile.

I ordered and got an immediate confirmation. After a week nothing had shipped so I emailed. I got an immediate response and the earrings were sent that day 24hr tracked. The earrings themselves are beautiful.

Received my order and absolutely love the earrings. So pleased as I bought myself and pair and a pair for my daughter. Planning on visiting Chester and will definitely visit the shop.

Apart from the fact that these are such beautiful earrings and really comfortable to wear, they come in lovely packaging.

The customer service is great too - I had an issue with one of the earrings and they immediately sent out another pair.

Came across this company by chance and ordered on a whim not sure what to expect. Absolutely over the moon with my earrings. So different and delicate. I've since ordered necklaces and rings but not received yet. I'm sure they will be just as beautiful ❤️

I kept seeing adverts on instagram of the beautiful earrings and decided to treat myself for my birthday. I ordered 3 pairs and they arrived after about a week. I did reach out to Andrea as I hadn’t had any dispatch updates but I got a prompt reply saying it was on its way and due to arrive the next day…and it did!
The earrings are really beautiful and well made. One of my threader earrings did break (the threader post detached from the chain) when I went to wear it. I reached out to Andrea to let her know and she promptly sent out a replacement pair. I will definitely shop here again as the earrings are fabulous and customer service for me has been amazing.

Lovely looking earrings but very fragile. I got three pairs of thread through earrings and the chain is incredibly delicate. It is so thin that the earrings actually start to fall out. If you have long hair be aware as if you push your hair back the earring will possibly start to come out.

Thanks for your reply. I have used the stopper. The problem still remains that the earrings are very fragile! The other issue is i found the stopper rather hard to put on and off the earring.

Placed an order 14th Jan and received confirmation. Nothing received and no communication after 6 days so sent an email. Andrea replied very quickly to advise that my order would leave that day (20th Jan) on 24hr tracked delivery. I still hadn't received anything by 23rd Jan so sent a chaser requesting the tracking number. I am still waiting for delivery another 3 days later and now not getting any response on email.
I appreciate that these are handmade items and can take a little longer, but this should be mentioned on the site. I'm also pretty sure 24hr tracked delivery from Chester to Preston shouldn't take 6 days. Beautiful items, shoddy Customer Service.

I purchased 2 pairs of earrings which are lovely however upon opening one set they broke. Emailed straight away and over a week has passed and had no response. Very very disappointing

I ordered 4 pairs of earring but decided that there are 2 pairs that I didn’t like. I have been trying to contact them for over a week but no response.

The earrings are lovely but the customer service is not so great as per my experience so far!

My mum had an issue with her order but Andrea has resolved it really speedily. Thank you very much 😊

Update . The company has reached out to me since posting and has given me a full refund of my entire order. Very generous of them so have changed to4 stars
I understand that it’s a small business but I feel they should maybe take less orders if they are unable to manage them . My Christmas order came very late so I was unable to gift a pair of earrings that I’d bought . ( I bought a bracelet and a pair of earrings , both lovely and beautifully wrapped) I’ve contacted the company twice about returning the earrings but I’ve had no response to emails.

I came across this company on social media and really liked the unusual designs in their shop. On arrival the pairs of earrings I bought looked just as expected and I'm really pleased with them. There was a small issue with one pair, which was resolved very quickly and helpfully by the owner. This is a small business and correspondence felt very personal. I'll be very happy to buy from here again in the future and can't wait to wear my new earrings!

Earrings arrived quickly and are very pretty. I did have an issue with one pair that I ordered being broken (no big deal, these things happen). Andrea was quick to respond and got a replacement pair sent out within a few days. Even changing the pair to a different set, as I realised that actually the ones I had ordered weren’t quite my style after all.

I saw an add on Facebook for gorgeous earrings on offer, checked the reviews here on Trustpilot before buying as I had not heard of this business before... I also confirmed they were based in the UK and not China. Well - my order was placed 9 days ago and so far there has been no news on shipment. Atlas of Dreams website doesn't have a phone number to contact either. Looks like I have been scammed.

I saw Atlas of Dreams on Instagram and really loved the design and uniqueness of the jewellery, particularly earrings, so gorgeous. I decided to buy myself three pairs of earrings getting one pair free as an offer was running just before Christmas.

I have not been disappointed. I get compliments all the time when I wear my earrings and just love how beautiful they are and comfortable to wear.

The customer service has been amazing as I had an issue with one earring when the rod broke as the little stopper was difficult to remove. I emailed Andrea who responded really quickly and a replacement pair were in the post that day, no quibble, no delays... just amazing.

I will be making more purchases soon and hope to visit the store in Chester when I visit the area in May '26. I wish Andrea and her company every success for the future.
