Highly recommend Martin Peters! He was incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His detailed report gave us total peace of mind with our home purchase. 5 stars!
Excellent experience with Joe Galison at Residential Inspector of America. I hired him for an 11-month warranty inspection on my new home, and he was incredibly thorough. He found a number of issues that could have easily gone unnoticed and provided a very detailed, easy-to-understand report with great documentation. Exactly what I was hoping for before my builder warranty expires. I would absolutely use Joe again and highly recommend him.

The report was detailed and easy to understand, and I felt confident knowing the property had been carefully inspected. I would definitely recommend Quinton and Residential Inspector of America to anyone needing a home inspection.

I wanted to share how amazing this company is. Luke Henry and his two associates were thorough, professional, and very personable. They made us aware that they work for us, and not the sellers and left no stone unturned With the inspection. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them as well. Kudos!
