Ordered a “military grade hardwearing watch “as a present.After 3 weeks of normal wear,the black finish around the watch face had rubbed off and the canvas strap had frayed around the holes.Have had many emails over 3 months back and forth with only a 20% credit note offer.Worthless as wouldn’t buy from this site again.Watch is only fit for the bin!

Do not order from this company. Initially it appears they are based in the Netherlands but the goods come from China.

I ordered and received a pair of walking boots which after 4 months have a hole in them. When I've reported this they have informed me I had only 30 days to return them and this has expired.

I have replied that this is incorrect as the goods are faulty and statutory rights state you have 6 months to return and are entitled to repair or replacement. They are refusing a replacement or repair.

I am very disappointed. They are not adhering to consumer rights.

Do not purchase from this company . Despite their name they are operating from china and therefore any returns must be sent their incurring a huge returns cost to the customers. The quality of the item received iis dreadful , material , cut and sizing . I had read positive review which I now believe are fraudulent. . AVOID this site .

Love this jacket, it’s a great fit and good quality for the money. The fleece lining means it very warm and it’s not too heavy. I wanted something warm and good when driving so not too massive and heavy, this fits the bill perfectly.

Absolutely shocking company! Ordered an item on the 14th of November and website said 3-5 working days delivery. We still have not received the item even though we are now on the 22nd of January. I emailed several times asking for an update to which ‘Emma’ responded there was a delay and not to worry, when I asked for my money back due to missing the Christmas delivery I then never got a reply back. Luckily I applied for a charge back through the bank and they had refunded my money but would never shop here again! Awful company!

The company sent me the wrong size shoe and the wrong colour after a long time waiting for it to be delivered. They are a cheap inferior product. I asked them to send me the correct size and colour but they kept spamming me with emails offering a discount of my next order instead of an exchange. They would not give me the address of where to send the package back and then asked for me to return the shoes at a cost of 20 to 30 euros with no promise of a refund of this postage for the wrong product sent. After two months of back and forth emails I still have not had a satisfactory response and I do expect I will get my money back or replacement shoes. Do not use this company.

Same experience as everyone else. We thought it was a company based in Europe but it is definitely a Chinese company and a very bad one. The products were supposed to be glass but when they eventually arrived over a month later than promised they were plastic and didn’t look anything like the pics on the website. So far we have sent over 20 emails and the same emails just keep coming back offering discounts on other purchases or a really costly return. Even if we did return them i doubt very much that they would refund anything. We are now approaching our bank to start a chargeback.

I bought a jacket from this seller, sadly they send the wrong size.
I returned it at my own cost asking for the correct size.
6 weeks later i received another parcel containing the same item, which i had marked with a well hidden mark.

Do not buy from these scammers.

After many emails and requests for updates on my order still no response.
I ordered a Christmas present on the 13th November 2025 I am still waiting for the goods or a refund. When I contacted this company they ask for my order number and details but still waiting.
Please do not use this company the worst I have ever dealt with

The products are completely cheap but have high price tags. They send different colour products to what you order and then say your responsible for the return charges and CUSTOMS. Theres no mention of customs when purchasing. I had to go through my card issuer for refund. I got my refund but just want to warn others. Its a scam company. Avoid at all costs.

I don’t understand why this company is still operating having read the reviews of others.
My experience echos all the others with non existent return policies .
False information, Poor quality clothes made in China , many emails ‘ reaching out’ to the customer wasting more time with offers of useless credit deals. . .All to stop any returns . Total scam. .

Now being offered a 100% credit note (again); as if I would wish to use that for further shoddy goods and wrongly sized items. PLEASE FOLLOW YOUR OWN REFUNDS POLICY AND RETURN MONEY TO MY CREDIT CARD! FUTURE CUSTOMERS, JUST AVOID THIS COMPANY

Let me add my voice to the many who have had bad experiences with this company. Gloves were unlined and very poor quality, quite unlike those pictures on their website. I'm making it my New Year's resolution to read Trustpilot reviews first!

Ordered items from site and after a month got a response with money back in credit, after reordering items arrived totally not what I ordered and to be honest the blazer looked like it would fit in with a third world country

After reading your reply having being told to send item back which would cost £20/£30 for there mistake an absolute joke. Please DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A RIP OFF.

I absolutely love this sweater. I originally ordered it in Grey, when it arrived it fit perfectly and was so soft, I immediately ordered another one in Black and this one in Red. The crewneck is the perfect size to wear a collared shirt with the collar showing, I love this look. I may even order more colours, I love it that much.

I ordered a 128TB SSD drive for £42.00 which thinking about it now is silly as the real price would be in the thousands. Anyway, the item came, and it was a 2TB at best and not an SSD drive as described. After emailing them and pointing out that it was the wrong item, I got a generic apology and an offer of a discount on future purchases, I refused this and asked for a full refund which again I got an apology and an increase in the discount on future purchases. For a refund they wanted me to return the incorrect item 20-30 euros which was not refundable. I refused this and asked for a full refund and a paid postage label to send the item back, after seven days nothing had arrived, so I requested a Chargeback from my bank which took a couple of weeks but got the refund in the end.

For the Chargeback process you will need the following information to give to your bank.

• Original product listing or description
• Photos showing the difference
• Messages between you and the seller
