Atelier Chocolates was inspired by Molly’s career as a patisserie chef, founded upon a decade spent soaking up the experience of working in renowned and Michelin star restaurants across London and the South East. Fantastic Chocolate making experience
Molly held a chocolate making experience at our venue. She was fantastic, professional, very knowledgeable, friendly, really good with our 8 year old too. We made lollypops and truffles and they were so tasty and fun to do. We learnt so much about making and tempering chocolate and trying different types. Would highly recommend Molly having done a previous chocolate making sessions with another chocolatier, Mollys is second to none. Would definitely use again!

Always lovely seeing children get so involved with chocolate and be so inquisitive. I think he may be my most knowledgeable student yet. Especially as he has already made a traditional Mayan chocolate drink!

Molly, the master of her craft!
Molly is an absolute master of her craft. We have had samples of the chocolates before and loved every single one, so we decided to use her as our wedding favours and they were amazing! And such a hit with our guests too. The cherry on the cake was the ones silly enough to forget them, meant we had more to devour on our first night as a married couple!
