The 5 stars is for the service and not necessarily the products themselves as some of them weren’t to my tastes. Delivery was fast and the extra sweets that were added to my order were a really nice touch

I can see from the tracking email that your parcel left our warehouse on time and unfortunately there was a delay at the DPD depot along the way. I understand this is frustrating, however as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, any delays are out of our control. We hope that you enjoyed your treats when you received them!

Expired products
I made an order on Sunday 3rd July order number 111805.
I made a request to receive items with the latest expiry date possible. However, I did not expect to receive expired items. All of the combos pizzeria pretzel snacks have a best before the date of June 2022.
I am truly not pleased with this especially as there was no compensation for receiving expired items.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Since making my concerns known, I was contacted and refunded the cost of the expired items. Thank you.
