ASTTERIA Anmeldelser

I came to Astteria to buy a piece of jewellery as a birthday present for my sister. To say I had an unpleasant horrible experience is an understatement. The quality of the said Jewellery is terrible. The staff were so pushy and rude as I was unsure of what I wanted, but because I was made to feel so uneasy and spoken too like rubbish I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere..

This was my second purchase with Astteria. I contacted Ehud and he promptly sent me a video of the ring. Shipping was fast considering I had the ring resized. The presentation box is beautiful! I absolutely love the ring I received! The quality and workmanship is awesome. I highly recommend Astteria!

I contacted Astteria to look for a pink diamond ring for 10th wedding anniversary. Ended up with 2 pieces of pink diamond jewellery, both come with certificates and great prices.
Overall Astteria has a vast collection of fancy colour diamonds jewellery for you to choose from which is quite rare for UK. The atmosphere was kind of office-like with a well decorated showroom, although to me it still felt like an office. lol I mean no windows, show cabinets (there were show cabinets but they were empty and they only brought out the pieces that I may be interested in) etc. The lighting in the showroom was brilliant and made the diamonds dazzling, enough seating for the whole family. The service was exceptional. I got my ring shipped across the sea with no extra charged, the ring was resized to fit my ring finger on the same day that we went to pay and pick up. The prices compare to other well-known brands are of course much better, saving themselves from big storefront, marketing and such and those costs passed on to customers. The packaging is also super luxurious and I've got gifts like wine and Christmas hamper... that was a true luxury shopping experience that I found missing from luxury brands nowadays.

I have been planning this ring purchase for a few years and had spoken to other jewelry companies before finding Astteria. My desire was to purchase a blue diamond but was having trouble fitting this into my modest budget. Astteria made the process of designing a custom ring very easy and worked with me to fit my desires into my budget. I maintained contact with the same person throughout the entire process which was a nice surprise compared to other companies that I had reached out to in the past. I was provided with a video and GIA report of a blue diamond that fit into my budget before the custom designing process began. I spoke to Astterias sales representative over the phone as well as through email regularly. I had a lot of questions and even made modifications to the ring after production began. My questions were answered promptly and professionally. I was also provided with regular updates on the progress of my ring. The entire process, including shipping, took a little over four weeks. I was very (pleasantly) surprised with this turn around time. I received my beautiful blue and pink diamond ring last week and am so thrilled with the design, quality and customer service. This experience has exceeded my expectations at every turn and I plan to use Astteria again in the future for any other jewelry purchases. I highly recommend them to anyone who compliments my ring, which happens often.

I bought my dream ring from them. I love it and it is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was assisted by Hannah, she was lovely and cared about my happiness and satisfaction.

We are very happy with the ring and service from Astteria. Ehud was extremely helpful and kept me informed as the process proceeded. Once the ring was received in the US, Ehud shipped it to us next day air. My wife is extremely happy with the ring. It is beautiful!!

Excellent selection and product quality. Responsive exemplary service combined with good prices. Very happy!

Astteria provided an awesome product and great customer service through the entire transaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone who was looking to buy an engagement ring or any other kind of jewelry

I absolutely love the earings I bought for an upcoming family occasion. They're such beautifully crafted and unique statement pieces of jewlery, which can be worn to any special event. The friendly and helpful service was fantastic. I can't wait to wear my absolutely fabulous earings. I would definitely recommend ASTERRIA to all my family and friends. THANK YOU ASTTERIA!!

Great customer service, Ehlud saved my engagement plans and more recently Christmas - He is now my go to jeweler!

I was very impressed with all aspects of the purchase. I hope to buy more from the company.

This has been one of the most pleasurable retail experiences I have enjoyed. From start to finish, the service I have received from Ehud and the team has been of the highest standard. Indeed, so pleased am I with the whole experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Asterria to anyone.
Thank you.

Incredibly positive buying experience. Astteria (and Ehud) worked with me on numerous aspects of the sale, including the timing of my purchase, the origin of the shipment, separate shipping of certificates, etc. I feel like I received the best service possible. And of course, the stones and jewellery were gorgeous. I purchased several items with fancy pink diamonds and they were gorgeous.

Beautiful jewelry and outstanding service. Thank you Edward

Very helpful customer service. I bought a ring and love it, and would buy in the future.

Grea
T people to work with especially ehud. They bend over backward to help. There stones( colored diamonds) are the best quality for best prices..

Highly recommend Astteria Diamonds. I was in contact via email with them and set up an appointment in London to look at some jewelry in their office. I bought earrings and a ring that I am very happy with. Their jewelry designs are very unique and exceptional quality. I will definitely purchase from them again in the future. They have several payment options: check, credit card, money wire. Very comfortable, easy, and enjoyable experience working with them. I have purchased from 2 other online diamond companies in the past, both with very good reputations, I can say that Astteria is now my favorite. I like their unique designs, exceptional jewelry quality, great prices, easy payment options, fantastic customer service, and they offer a trade up policy. You will be very happy with them.

Ehud was wonderful from start to finish, and even after the sale he was super helpful. He responded very quickly to any and all inquiries we had despite the time difference. I absolutely love my ring, and am constantly getting compliments on it.
