I enjoy the tournaments but timing is weird. You see "ends in 4 days" or something but unless you play constantly you're not really competing. More like background feature. Still fun to check.

C'est du harcèlement au bout d'un moment

I requested a withdrawal over 20 days ago, and it is still stuck in "requested" status.

I have contacted support multiple times and only receive the same generic responses: that everything is "under processing" and I should be patient. No concrete explanation, no timeline, and no proof that the withdrawal has even been sent.

I was also advised to submit a formal complaint, which I did, but did not receive a meaningful response within the stated timeframe.

At this point, I am very concerned. A delay of this length without any clear communication is not acceptable.

I will update this review if the issue is resolved and the withdrawal is processed.

The VIP part is pretty straightforward. You can see your level and what's going on without digging around. Nothing confusing, which I liked.

The problem I had wasn't serious, but getting help took time. Support did respond and explained things, but the delay made the situation feel unnecessary stressful.
