Great comms
Great comms. Item was at the post office within an hour of placing the order. Just wish I had been aware of the free shipping over $100 as my order was $99.99 and I didn't get the banner ad as I was sent a link directly to my product by their web team.

Was easy to buy from Astral Labs
Was easy to buy from Astral Labs, as they are the only authorized retailer for Thermal Grizzly products in Canada. Website was easy to navigate and when I input for the order it was pretty seamless. No complaints with the company and the product came fast from Mississauga.

Great service and support (transport issues)
First time dealing with Astral Labs. I was originally anxious. I usually go to Newegg, Amazon and Canada Computers for computers items.
Great experience all around. They do offer a lot of great products as well. Recommend strongly.
They were the only one across North America to have my item in stock. communications were clear and fast. Took few days to receive it. My only concern was the packaging. the outer box was damaged which is not critical. But the product box was also damaged. Having more filler is needed to protect our goods. the only reason why i went 4 stars.
At the end of the day the product is OK and Astral was willing to support and change the product if needed.
They are base in Canada. lets support them for all your cooling, thermal and fans needs.

Fast reply from customer service
Ordered liquid metal from Astral Labs but the package was lost by Post Canada. Contacted the customer service and received and answer 2 hours after that and they sent me a new package by UPS this time. Received it the next day!

Have to say that the level of customer service and prompt response to emails even over the weekend made this online shopping experience for me really awesome!
Even if initially Canada Post lost the me package Adam was prompt to resolve the issue and send me a complete replacement via UPS overnight!
Would ABSOLUTELY shop there again for all my cooling needs!

Great Experience
To be honest I had never heard of Astral Labs. I was trying to track down a Thermal Grizzly contact frame and they came up. Someone else mentioned they were on the TG website as an authorized seller so I ordered. Service was very quick with the product shipping out same day. I will definitely shop here again.
