He even called to let me know that the final approval had been mad to the policies. Love his persona

First time call to Assurance.
I called to make sure I had everything I needed in Medicare. He asked me about 5 questions and hung up
the phone, with no opportunity to ask any questions.

Wont pay for water damage unless you know the exact date that the leek started, not when noticed. If you have to make a claim for water damage tell them it happened 2 days before you file or they will screw you!!

Gaye Glenn was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The process was tedious due to the underwriting process. However, due the Gaye's pleasant manner we both endured.

Assurance Insurance has called me over a hundred times in the last month from different numbers each time--I have asked repeatedly for their robot "Alex" to quit calling me, but it keeps on calling sometimes 10 times a day. I feel that they may have sold my name and number to other scammers. I have talked to about 15 agents from Mutual of Omaha and Select Quote who are referred by the robot, and they are nice and have tried to get my name off the calling list. I work nights and haven't had much sleep in a month because they call so much. Please do not use Assurance because they are abusive and will call over and over and over even though you have asked them to stop multiple times. I would never ever use Mutual of Omaha or Select Quote because they use the Assurance robot. Please beware of giving Assurance your name and number.

The agent, Melissa Saunders was very knowledgeable, patient, listened to my needs, and selected the most affordable insurance I could still afford. She explained everything to me. Thank you for that.
